摘要: PURPOSE:To prepare a mild drink packed in an air-impermeable container, having improved quality and preservable over a long period. CONSTITUTION:A raw milk is homogenized until the content of fat globule having diameter of =90% and sealed in a steel can. The canned milk is heated at about 123 deg.C for about 3.5 min. The treated milk is resistant to souring even by storing in a normal temperature atmosphere.

摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus capable of filling a narrow-mouthed bottle aseptically, by bringing the container passing part of each of the sterilizing zone, washing zone, drying zone, cutting zone, filling zone and hermetical sealing zone arranged along a container feed route to an aseptic chamber capable of being brought to positive pressure by aseptic air. CONSTITUTION:The respective zones reaching a washing zone 42 from a sterilizing zone 14 are subjected to sterilizing treatment and aseptic air is supplied to each of the zones to hold the same to positive pressure. In this state, a container 1 preliminarily sealed hermetically in an aseptic state is supplied to the container holder 5 of a container feed apparatus from a container supply apparatus 11. A sterilizing agent is sprayed in the sterilizing zone 14, and the sterilization and drying of the outer surface of the container are performed in a hot air drying zone 15. Next, the sterilizing agent remaining on the outer surface of the container is washed off in a washing zone 16 and the moisture adhered to the container is removed in an air flow zone 17. Thereafter, the auxiliary part 1d of the container 1 is cut and removed in a head cutting zone 18 to open the head part of the container. Subsequently, the container is filled with content in a filling zone 28 and hermetically sealed in a sealing zone 30 and washed in a washing zone 42 to be discharged by a container discharge apparatus 45.

摘要: PURPOSE:To sterilize an acidic liquid food without damaging its taste, by sterilizing the acidic liquid food at the preheating parts of a direct heating type sterilizer by heat exchange under heating, by deaerating it in vacuum by the vacuum evaporating tank of the sterilizer. CONSTITUTION:In sterilizing an acidic liquid food by using a direct heating type sterilizer which causes slightly burning in the sterilizer, is applicable to foods having relatively high viscosity, and can be operated continuously for a long time, the liquid food is heated to 70-100 deg.C at the preheating parts 3a and 3b by heat exchange, and dearated by the vacuum evaporating tank 10 at 0-30cmHg.
