摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure more efficient heat exchange by eliminating deviation of void rate among a plurality of channels provided for the heating tubes constituting a heat exchanger and making uniform the flow rate of refrigerant for respective channels thereby making uniform the pressure loss of refrigerant flowing through the heating tubes. SOLUTION: Temperature increases as the air flows through a heat exchanger having heating tubes 21. Temperature of refrigerant flowing through a channel 21a is constant at, all times and the temperature difference between the refrigerant and the air is large on time air flow-in side and the state is reversed on the flow-out side. Since the heating tube 21 has a larger quantity of exchanging heat on the air flow-in side, refrigerant begin to be condensed quicker and the liquid phase s strengthened for the refrigerant lowing on the air flow-in side whereas gas phase is strengthened on the air flow-out side. The strong liquid phase and gas phase are fed together into a mixing chamber 22 and mixed and then arranged into substantrally uniform state before being distributed to respective channels 21a. According to the arrangement, difference of void rate between the flow-in side and the flow-out side is decreased thus decreasing pressure loss among respective channels 21a.

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a thermal conductivity by reducing a contact heat resistance in a heat interface for a Dewar for heat transferring from a material to be cooled provided in the Dewar to a cooler. SOLUTION: An insertion member 41 is provided as the heat interface between a placing plate 17 and a copper plate 31. The member 41 is obtained by solidifying and integrating a flexible metal 41a having a high thermal conductivity. At the time of assembling a buffer member 30, a spring constant and a length of a spring 33 are set so that a force for pressing the plate 3l to the plate 17 side becomes 1 kg or more. Then, metal spheres 41a of the member 41 can be sufficiently collapsed. Thus, gaps among the spheres 41a are reduced to upgrade its thermal conductivity, and hence a heat resistance of about 10 kW can be obtained. And, even if the plate 31 and the plate 17 do not become parallel to one another, the member 41 is deformed in response to a shape of the interval, and hence the member 41 is not irregularly brought into contact with the plate 17, but is always brought into close contact therewith.

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fractionating and crystallizing a paraffin from a crude paraffin based on a mineral oil and a synthetic crude paraffin. SOLUTION: A crude paraffin having a high oil content is crystallized in a crystallizer having a perforated metallic sheet extending in zigzags in each space between surfaces 39 of a heat exchanger, and a melt containing the paraffin is solidified to only an extent that a fraction and an oil to be discharged remain in a liquid form and the whole melt is discharged without solidification thereof. The perforated sheet is adapted so as to support layers of crystals and separate the paraffin as each belt piece 53 from the surfaces 39 of the heat exchanger during the sweating and mount the paraffin on the tilted perforated sheet. The paraffin belt piece 53 is kept in a contact state with the surfaces 39 of the heat exchanger while being guided and moved by the tilt of the perforated sheet and pushed toward the surfaces 39 of the heat exchanger along tilted surfaces 30 by its own weight.

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the dispersion of heat exchange power accompanying the inferiority of the positional dislocation of a slit, by sliding a plurality of slits standing in a line in the direction of a ridge out of slits, in the direction of development. SOLUTION: At an inner fin 22, a plurality of slits 22b are made side by side in the development direction X of the inner fin 22 and in the direction Y of the ridge orthogonal to the direction of development. Moreover, a plurality of slits 22b standing in a row in the ridge direction Y out of the slits 22b are slid by specified quantities with one another in development direction X. This can prevent the positional slippage having occurred first from affecting in a chain all bent crests made after that. Accordingly, this can lessen the dispersion of the average quantity of positional slippage of the inner fin 22, so this can suppress the dispersion of the heat exchange power of an inter cooler effectively.

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat tube for heat exchanger that maintains uniform and superior heat transfer characteristics and can reduce the number of parts and cost, and provide further its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A flat tube 1 comprises a flat tube 10 where a section shape is flat and at the same time a fluid passage 15 is provided inside and an inner fin 2 that is placed in the fluid passage 15 of the flat tube 10 to disturb the flow of a fluid. The inner fin 2 consists of one rib body 20 with a plurality of ribs 21 being arranged obliquely in parallel and at the same time is constituted by folding the rib body 20 doubly so that the ribs 21 cross each other. Also, the inner fin 2 has an engagement part 26 being provided along the longitudinal direction. On the other hand, the flat tube 10 has a positioning part that can be engage with the engagement part 26. The inner fin 2 allows the engagement part 26 to be engaged with the positioning part 16 and is arranged in the flat tube 10.

SOLUTION: A pitch size P is different from that of the developed length L of the folded top part 22a multiplied by a natural number, longer than the developed length L multiplied by 0.5 and shorter than the developed length L multiplied by 4. Therefore, the misalignment of the all folded top parts 22a except the misaligned folded top part 22a can be prevented from being triggered by the misalignment and the deviation of the heat exchange capabilities can be reduced.
