    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to compatibly improve convenience by prevention against the user's leaving of a mobile phone behind and the reduction of function limitation during use, and prolong a life of a battery. SOLUTION: A radio device B starts measuring a timeout first in the timing of receiving a simple ID. The timeout time measured in a timeout measurement step S21 is a time of the message length of the simple ID plus ΔT÷8×N (N=1 to 8). This timeout time is the shortest time for securely receiving the simple ID. The timeout is set with the shortest time and then the wireless device B is powered on only for a necessary irreducible time for radio reception and then reducible in power consumption.
