Abstract: 本発明はモノマー溶液を重合させ、こうして得られたヒドロゲルを加熱ガス流により乾燥することによる吸水性ポリマーの製造方法に関し、その際乾燥を少なくとも２個の温度帯域で実施しおよび／またはガス流を、ベルト乾燥機の前方部分で下から、ベルト乾燥機の後方部分で上からヒドロゲルに流し、ヒドロゲルの含水量１５〜４５質量％で流れの逆転が生じおよび／またはヒドロゲル層にベルト乾燥機中で少なくとも部分的に上から流し、ガス速度がベルトからヒドロゲルを持ち上げるために必要なガス速度の５〜３０％である。 本発明は更に前記方法を実施する装置および衛生用品の製造への前記方法により製造された吸水性ポリマーの使用に関する。
