Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform charging processing to the user of a mobile object with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: Only a vehicle entering a zone Z to be charged is judged as an object to be charged, and the other vehicles outside the zone are not charged. Then, the zone Z to be charged is constituted of a buffer area 52 having width whose distance is (r) corresponding to a position recognition error owned by a GPS and a core area 50. Thus, when a vehicle is present outside the zone to be charged, a recognition position existence probability circle 54 at the position detection by the GPS can be overlapped on the buffer area 52, and prevented from being moved to the core area 50. Therefore, even when it is recognized that the vehicle exists in the buffer area 52, there is possibility that the vehicle does not exist in the zone to be charged, and the recognition of the existence of the vehicle in the zone to be charged is denied.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a charging area display device for a mobile object which easily decides the proceeding or avoidance into/from a charging object area region when a driver-selects a route. SOLUTION: When a vehicle approaches charging object areas A and B, the road colors in the charging object areas are changed on a navigation image on the display device 224 of an on-vehicle machine mounted on the vehicle, half-tone dot meshing display is performed over the entire charging object areas, and the names of the charging object areas are also shown to show that vehicle comes close to the charging object areas. In this case, distance to the charging object areas, charging amounts, etc., are shown. Because of this, a driver easily recognizes that the vehicle comes close to the charging object areas and easily selects an optimum route.
