Abstract: PURPOSE:To separate a liquid into moisture and an oil content by recovering oil floating in a cistern at low cost by a small-sized device. CONSTITUTION:A recovery pipe 2 for floating oil is mounted into a cistern 1 vertically movably, a float 5, in which an inflow port 4 is held near an oil level, is installed at the upper end of the recovery pipe 2, and a recovered liquid by the recovery pipe 2 is discharged into a separating tank 14 by a discharge pump 13 while a floating liquid connected to the discharge pump 13 and recovered is stored in the separating tank 14. A recovered-liquid storage section 14a, in which an oil-content recovery means is set up to an upper section and a first drainage canal 20 is mounted to the bottom, an oil-content recovery section 14b, which is connected to an oil-content recovery pipe 19a and in which an oil content is stored while a second drainage canal 21 is installed to the bottom, and a moisture recovery section 14c, which is connected to the first drainage canal 20 and the second drainage canal 21 and in which moisture is stored, are formed.

CONSTITUTION:A liquid treatment equipment of circulating system is provided where the cleaning liquid 11 in a clean tank 10 is fed to the prescribed place to use the liquid (cleaning chamber) 34, the used liquid where foreign matter is mixed is collected to a dirty tank 20, and the collected liquid 21 to be collected in this dirty tank 20 is filtered and returned to the clean tank 10. The liquid treatment equipment is provided with a filtering passage 42 to feed the collected liquid 21 in the dirty tank 20 to the clean tank 10, a collected liquid filtering device 70 which is incorporated in this passage 42 and filters the collected liquid 21, and a filter cleaning passage 56 to feed the cleaning liquid 11 in the clean tank 10 to the direction opposite to that during the filtering operation into this collected liquid filtering device 70.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To ensure improved smoldering resistance of an ignition plug by carrying out metal plating or formation treatment at a point opposing the outer surface of a porcelain insulator which retains a central electrode within the inner surface of a main fitting which retains a grounding pole. CONSTITUTION:A porcelain insulator 1 retains a central electrode 2 at its tip and is fixedly contained in the containing hole 4 of an iron-made main fitting 3 which retains a grounding electrode 6. A clearance 5 is formed between the outer peripheral surface 1a of the porcelain insulator 1 and the inner peripheral surface 3a of the main fitting 3. Metal plating of 5mum or more in thickness with the use of chromium, zinc, gold, etc., or formation treatment such as phosphate treatment and chromate treatment, or both of metal plating and formation treatment are carried out on the inner peripheral surface 3a. This arrangement suppresses the elution of an Fe ion catalyst which graphitizes carbon adhering to the inner peripheral surface 3a at 500-600 deg.C, contributing to improved smoldering resistance of a plug and its increased durability.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To change a reference value to a proper value according to the conditional change with the lapse of time by resetting the reference value to discriminate between galvanized sheet iron and common steel sheet for each time of performing predetermined number of discrimination. CONSTITUTION:A measured value group including a measured value of reflected light of the steel sheet is stored and a value not included in the limits of an error expected based on the stored measured value group is set as the reference value by a reference value setting means. Then, the discrimination between the galvanized sheet iron and the common steel sheet is performed by the result whether the measured value of the reflected light on the surface of the sheet iron to be discriminated is smaller or larger than the set reference value by a discriminating means. The reference value is changed to the proper value by resetting the new reference value based on the renewed measured value group by the reference value setting means for each time of performing predetermined number of discrimination. Thus, the accurate discrimination can be performed in using extending the long period.

A judging means 30 has a concentration converting means 31 for converting the voltage value Vc of the detecting section 10 into the concentration of an original liquid contained in the liquid 81 and an oil component converting means 32 for converting the light transmittance into the content ratio of oil component contained in the liquid 81, and the degree of pollution of the liquid 81 is determined on the concentration of the original liquid and the content ratio of the oil component.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform a job for compensation to define the bristle length of a brush automatically as well as to stabilize the degree of deburring quality by installing a measuring plate, retracting as pushing by the brush going forward together with a spindle, and a probe, coming into contact with this measuring plate and outputting a contact signal, both in and around an engaging member. CONSTITUTION:A brush holder 21 is attached to a spindle of a burring machine body, and a holding plate 22 is attached to this holder 21 shiftably in the axial direction. An engaging recess 32 fittable in an engaging projection 26 at one end of a screw shaft 24 is installed in the upper end of an engaging member 33 set up in a moving range of this spindle. In a state that the engaging projection part 26 and the engaging recess 32 are engaged with each other and thereby rotation of the screw shaft 24 is regulated, the spindle is rotated and the screw shaft 24 is screwed in the brush holder 21, while the spindle is advanced forward as far as a portion for this screwed variable, having a position of the plate 22 remained unchanged, and a brush 20 is projected out of the holding plate 22. With this projected brush 20, the measuring plate 37 is depressed till it reaches a probe 40, thus each bristle length is kept constant.
