PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a heating medium circulated in a mold by a compact cooler. SOLUTION: In a mold temperature adjusting device for an injection molding machine for plastics, medium piping 8 through which the heating medium passes, a medium tank 9, a heater 10 heating the heating medium, the cooler 11 cooling the heating medium, and a pump 12 are arranged in a casing 5. The cooler 11 is constituted of a double-walled pipe in which the medium piping 8 is made an outer pipe and cooling piping 44 is inserted into the outer pipe as an inner pipe for the passage of cooling water. SOLUTION: A drive unit 40 detects a relative position to a reference position whether a system power source is ON or OFF. The control unit 30 comprises first nonvolatile storing means 33, and the command unit 20 comprises second nonvolatile storing means 23. Upon a predetermined operation, the control unit stores position information depending on a position signal output by the drive unit in the first nonvolatile storing means, and the command unit stores the position information depending on the position signal output by the drive unit in the second nonvolatile storing means. When the system power source is switched from OFF to ON, the command unit compares the position information stored in the first nonvolatile storing means of the control unit and the position information stored in the second nonvolatile storing means of the command unit, and if they do not match, outputs an alarm. SOLUTION: When such works W that minute spaces are formed between substrates Wa and chips Wb are cleaned, space parts x, y at both the sides of the minute spaces by pinching works W by pairs of pinching members 2a, 2b, and any other places are closely sealed, and the works W are cleaned by effectively circulating a cleaning liquid into the minute spaces owing to supplying the cleaning liquid to one-side spaces x and simultaneously making the other-spaces y vacuum. Preferably, a lot of works are held in a stacking state of a lot of pinching members 2c and the works are preferably cleaned with an ultrasonic wave when the cleaning liquid is circulated. SOLUTION: This servo system control unit is provided with a servo motor (M), an encoder (E) for outputting a motor output feedback signal based on the output of the servo motor and a control means including at least a position control element (Gp) and a position feedback element (Hp). The position feedback element outputs a position feedback signal based on an inputted motor output feedback signal. Also, the position control element outputs the position feedback signal based on the position command signal associated with an inputted target position and the position feedback signal from the position feedback element, and changes the control gain based on the motor output feedback signal. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase detergency at the time when various filters are subjected to ultrasonic cleaning, and to simultaneously efficiently clean the same. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic cleaning method of a filer, a filter F is thrown into a cleaning tank 1 from which a cleaning liquid is 1 drained, the inside of the cleaning tank 1 is evacuated to a negative pressure (gauge pressure) of ≤0.09 Mpa, and further, a deaerated cleaning liquid (having a dissolved oxygen content of ≤3 mg/l) is introduced into the cleaning tank 1. Thereafter, the inside of the cleaning tank 1 returned to an atmospheric pressure state, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank 1 is circulated while being made to flow to the reverse cleaning direction to the filtering face of the filter F to remove gas in the cleaning liquid, and simultaneously, ultrasonic waves are radiated into the liquid, so that ultrasonic cleaning is performed.
