    摘要: PURPOSE:The starting whole milk is homogenized until the diameter of the lipid particle becomes a specific value, charged in an impermeable vessel, tightly sealed and sterilized at a specific temperature for a specific time to produce the whole milk storable for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:The starting whole milk is clarified by means of a Falla type clarifier at 6,500rpm and heated up to 80 deg.C with a plate heater. Then, it is homogenized by means of a Gaulin two-stage type homogenizer so that more than 95% of all the lipid particles becomes less than 1mu. The milk is charged in a impermeable vessel, sealed tightly and sterilized at 115-118 deg.C for 15-20min. The product is free from the lipid separation, even when stored for a long period of time.
