    摘要: PURPOSE:To provide a new compound useful as a reactive diluent having low odor, low volatility and high dilutability and usable for an actinic radiation curable resin such as electron-curable resin and as a modifier or a cross-linking agent for various resins. CONSTITUTION:New compounds 1,9-nonanediol monovinyl ether and 1,9- nonanediol divinyl ether expressed by the formulas HO-CH2(CH2)7-CH2-O-CH= CH2 and H2C=CH-O-CH2(CH2)7-CH2-O-CH=CH2. The compounds can be produced e.g. by heating and melting 1,9-nonanediol in a vessel, adding about 19-380 m-mol of an alkaline compound as a catalyst to 1mol of the 1,9-nonanediol, replacing the atmosphere in the vessel with nitrogen gas, reacting the components under a pressure of about 3-10kg/cm at about 110-140 deg.C while introducing acetylene into the vessel, adding distilled water to the reaction mixture after the completion of the reaction and distilling the mixture under reduced pressure. 1,9-Nonanediol monovinyl ether is distilled out together with steam and then 1,9-nonanediol divinyl ether is distilled out.

    摘要: NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R is H or COOR (R is CH3 or C2H5), phenyl or formula II (R is H or R ; R is H or acetyl)]. PREPARATION:A vinyl ether compound expressed by formula IV is reacted with a norbornadiene expressed by formula V (M is alkali metal), as necessary, in the presence of a phase-transfer catalyst such as tetraethylammonium bromide in or without a solvent at 0-120 deg.C under ordinary pressure to afford the objective compound expressed by formula I.
