Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent influence of cross-wind and provide safe landing of airplane by arranging water curtain nozzles at the landing strip end on the landing side and on its extension in such an arrangement as in parallel with the airplane intruding course. CONSTITUTION:At that end of a landing strip 1 on the landing side and on the extension therefrom, nozzles for water curtain 2 are arranged on both sides of the applicable stretch, or on one side under the condition that the wind direction is unchanged substantially, and there pumps are connected to supply pressurized water. The nozzle arrangement shall be in one or more rows according to tire strength of cross-wind. Water curtain 2 on the wind upstream side is formed in compliance with the wind situation, and thereby cross-wind is blocked.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the work of wire netting covering and also, improve the outside look, by loading a specific tension at a rope suspended from an upper portion fixed point, and fixing a wire netting loaded with a specific tension, and then, conducting fixation at the lower portion fixed point with a completion time tension. CONSTITUTION:First, a wire rope 10 is suspended from an upper portion fixer 2, and tension specified with 5-50% of a completion time tension is loaded at this rope. Next, a wire netting 11 is suspended along the wire rope 10, and tension which is larger by 5-30% specified value than tension loaded at the wire rope 10, is loaded at the wire netting 11. Next, with these tension loaded conditions unchanged, the wire netting 11 is fixed at the wire rope 10, and then, the wire rope 10 is fixed at the lower portion fixed point such as an anchor 3 or the like, with the completion time tension. As a result, the wire netting 11 being generated with sagging is gotten rid of, and the work of covering is made easy, and at the same time, the outside look of the finish can be made beautiful.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a prefabricated PC shelter to be set on bridge, elevated bridge, etc., by a method in which high-strength light-weight concrete arched units formed by casing a high-strength and light-weight concrete into an arched formward are integrally connected with horizontal clampers. CONSTITUTION:A high-strength and light-weight concrete arched unit 3 formed by tensing high-strength and light-weight concrete 1 by unbonded PC material 2 is produced in factory. In the unit 3, a heaved portion 4 toward the curving direction is formed and unbonded PC materials 2 are buried in the heaved portion 4. Also, a heaved portion 5 is formed in the direction of crossing the curving direction and a duct 6 is formed in the heaved portions 5. The units 3 are butted and prefabricated in the curved and lengthwise directions on an elevated bridge 7 and combined by connectors on the top of the curved portion, and PC parts 9 for horizontal clampers are thrust into the duct 6 in the lengthwise direction, tensed, and fixed.
