    SOLUTION: Therapeutic aerosol device comprises: a nebulizer device to which a compressed gas, preferably compressed air, can be supplied, having an aerosol generator for the generation of an aerosol which together with the supplied compressed gas forms an main aerosol flow; a nosepiece 10 connected with the nebulizer device for supplying the aerosol to one of the two nostrils of the nose of a user; a flow resistance device 11 for provision of a flow resistance in the other of the two nostrils of the user; and a connection device (10c, 11b) for the supply of pressure fluctuations which are superimposed on the main aerosol flow, the connection device being formed such on the nosepiece or the flow resistance device that the pressure fluctuations are introduced directly into the respective nostril of the user's two nostrils.

The leading out path 104 includes a first flow path portion 104A extending upward, a second flow path portion 104B extending inclindely and forwardly from the first flow path portion 104A, and a corner flow path portion 104C connecting the first flow path portion 104A of the leading out path 104 and the second flow path portion 104B. The mouthpiece 150A has a curved portion 153 formed by bending the wall face of the side crossing the center line of the first flow path 104A. The exhaled air discharging port 106 is arranged at a position circumferencially deviated from the wall face of a side where the curved portion 153 is arranged and at a wall face of a position defining the second flow path 104B.     摘要: 사용성과 조립성이 우수한 휴대용 분무기가 제공된다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 휴대용 분무기는, 용액을 수용하기 위한 용액 수용부와, 용액을 분무시키기 위한 메시를 구비하는 분무부; 상기 분무부와 착탈식으로 분리 및 결합되며, 상기 메시를 구동하기 위한 메시 구동부가 실장된 회로기판부를 구비하는 본체부를 포함한다. 본체부의 전면(前面)에는 메시 구동부의 출력이 연결되는 구동단자가 배치되며, 분무부 후면의 상기 구동단자에 대응되는 위치에는 상기 메시에 연결되는 메시 단자가 배치된다. 구동단자는 탄성을 가진 구동단자 스트립의 일부로서 형성되며, 구동단자 스트립이 탄성 접촉 방식으로 회로기판부에 연결된다. 이에 따라 구동단자 연결을 위하여 별도의 납땜이나 커넥터가 필요 없어서 원가가 절감되고 조립성이 개선된다.
