    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily lower the rigidity of a mechanical system and regulate its natural frequency by replacing a tap bolt on the field and weakening the bonding strength of flanges in a mechanical system in which the lifting pipe of a vertical shaft pump is integrally bonded with upper and lower flanges. CONSTITUTION:When a natural frequency is to be varied to the maximum, a tap bolt 2A is prepared and the external thread part 21 on the lower end of this bolt 2A is screwed into the tapped hole 1a of a lower flange 1 and the stepped face 23A on the bottom end of its straight body part 33 is brought into contact with the top face of the lower flange 1. The bonding condition is in such a way that a gap 5 having a height h1 corresponding to a dimension within the depth dimension h0 of a recessed part 4 is formed in between the bottom face of a bolt head part 22 and the bottom face 4A of the recessed part 4. In such a bonding condition, the bonding strength through which the upper and lower flanges 3, 1 are strongly brought into pressure contact with each other can be remarkably weakened lowering the rigidity of a system. Hence, the natural frequency of each system can be regulated to effectively avoid resonance phenomenon.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate vibration of an upper plate, by a method wherein an actuator, provided with a lamellar resilient member and piezoelectric elements formed on the upper and the under surface of the resilient member, is provided, and the piezoelectric element is displaced in a reverse direction to that of an output signal from a sensor electrode. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 7 is formed with a contact member 9 approximately making contact with an under surface 3a of on upper plate 3, a bimorph type piezoelectric element 10 holding the contact member 9, and a casing 11 containing and holding the piezoelectric element. The piezoelectric element 10 is horizontally held such that both end parts 12a and 12b of a resilient shim 12 ore engaged internally of a groove 11b of the casing 11. A sensor electrode 15 outputs a signal to a detecting part according to a strain produced when the piezoelectric element 10 is bent in directions X1 and X2. A voltage is applied from a control output part on an actuator electrode 16, which is displaced in a longitudinal direction. Thus, By means of an output signal from the sensor electrode 15, vibration can be directly detected through the contact member 9. This constitution enables excellent damping of vibration through further precise control of the actuator electrode 16.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for changing spring rigidity by weight of a loading equipment, by mounting an inner case to one of a floor surface or a base while an outer case to the other and connecting these cases by a hanging member of small bending rigidity. CONSTITUTION:A vibro-isolating device 3, which is provided being arranged between a base 1, mounting a precision equipment, and a floor surface 2, is constituted of an outer case 4, inner case 5 and hanging members 6 of small bending rigidity. The natural frequency of a vibro-isolating system in the vibro- isolating device 3 of this constitution has no relation to weight of the mounted precision equipment and determined only by length of the hanging member 6. Accordingly, the natural frequency of the vibro-isolating system can be easily displaced from the frequency of vibration to be isolated by adjusting the length of the hanging member 6.

Consequently, when a marine vessel has stuck against the bridge pier 12, said body 14 abutting in surface contact on the outboard wall of the marine vessel can effectively absorb shock due to collision.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To efficiently absorb the shock of a vessel when it drops, by erecting two (one large and one small) members, both of which are hollow and have top and bottom openings, respectively, on a base plate in a concentric manner and making the height of the small-diameter-member standing inside lower than that of the other member so as to increase, the compressive strength together with attaching a bottom plate to the upper end of the large-diameter-member standing outside. CONSTITUTION:A shock absorber 105 is installed between the bottom of a pit 101, which is formed into a hollow and cylindrical shape and embedded in the ground 102, and the canister 104, which was brought into the pit 101 so as to be situated at the lowest layer. In this case, in the shock absorber 105, the first and second members 13 and 14, both of which are hollow, are erected on a disc-shaped base-plate 11, while a bottom plate 12 is attached to the upper end of the first member 13 in such a manner that the bottom plate 12 faces to the base plate 11. The vertical dimension of the second member 14 is made smaller than that of the first member 13, so that the compressive strength of the member 14 is increased. With this contrivance, after the canister 104 was placed at the lowest layer, if the next canister 106 drops by an accident, the first and second members 13 and 14 deform in turn, thereby absorbing the impact force.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the phase shift of vibration due to a load fluctuation or the like to be followed up and aim at constant damping of the rotational vibration appearing in an output shaft by inputting the phase-difference signals from a phase corrector to a correction signal generator, and then causing the phase of correction signals to be adjusted. CONSTITUTION:The output of a filter 27, which is obtained from ripple signals appearing on both ends of a resistance 25 for detecting the ripple of current supplied from a servo amplifier 3 to a motor 1, is transmitted to a phase corrector 28. While, there is inputted a position signal from a position transducer 21 in the phase corrector 28, and then, a phase difference signal, which indicates the phase difference between a signal from the position transducer 21 and a signal from the filter 27, is output. Said phase difference signal is inputted to a correction signal generator 22 so that the phase of a correction signal is corrected. Thereby, the output signal from the correction signal generator 22 becomes such a correction signal that has no phase shift against the rotational vibration appearing in an output shaft 5, and then, the rotational vibration can be suppressed properly.
