PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion-molded two-layer tube for medical care in which suitable flexibility is possessed, product handleability is excellent, and product producibility can be maintained.SOLUTION: There is provided an extrusion-molded two-layer tube for medical care that is inserted in a resin-made member to be adhesion-joined for medical care from the outside and adhesion-joining is performed by blocking by heating. The extrusion-molded two-layer tube for medical care is characterized in that an inner layer is formed of polyethylene, polypropylene, a styrenic elastomer, an olefinic elastomer, or a mixture of them, or a raw material which contains them as main components, which is a raw material having a melting point of at most the heating temperature, and an external layer is formed of polypropylene, a styrenic elastomer, an olefinic elastomer, or a mixture of them, or a raw material which contains them as main components, which is a raw material having a melting point exceeding the heating temperature, and a radial thickness of an external layer is 2%-5% based on a radial thickness of the entire tube.

Alternatively, the multi-layer odor barrier catheter tube includes the inner layer 18 of the TPE sandwiched between the outer layers 12 of an odor barrier film material.

The seal and mask having the seal in this embodiment is tailored to patient by causing the formable portion of the seal to be placed in a malleable state, applying the seal to the patient while the formable portion is in the malleable state, and causing the formable portion to be placed in a fixed state to retain a shape generally conforming to the portion of the patient underlying the seal.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe gasket provided with high slidability and reduced in variation in the slidability by forming a slidable film without defects and uneven application in the sliding portion of the gasket abutting on the inner wall surface of an outer cylinder for a syringe. SOLUTION: In a medical syringe provided with the outer cylinder for the syringe and a plunger to be inserted slidably into the outer cylinder for the syringe, this method forms the slidable film in the sliding portion of the syringe gasket to be mounted at the tip of the plunger. The syringe gasket includes an annular outer wall, where an annular rib for sealing a fluid housed in the outer cylinder for the syringe by abutting on the inner wall surface of the outer cylinder for the syringe is formed. The method is provided with: an application process of applying a hardening resin fluid for forming the slidable film so as to coat the annular rib while rotating with the annular center of the annular outer wall as the rotation axis; and a hardening process of hardening the applied hardening resin fluid.
