    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope in which switching operation of objective lenses can be easily performed. SOLUTION: The microscope includes a microscope body 1, a revolver device rotatably mounted on the microscope body 1 and equipped with a plurality of the objective lenses, and focusing handles 7L and 7R that adjust focal points of the objective lenses. The microscope further includes operation knobs 8La, 8Lb, 8Ra, and 8Rb mounted in the vicinity of the focusing handles 7L and 7R and configured to move by a predetermined amount in predetermined directions, and an operating-force transmitting mechanism which is provided between the operation knobs 8La, 8Lb, 8Ra, and 8Rb and the revolver device and configured to transmit, when the operation knobs 8La, 8Lb, 8Ra, and 8Rb are moved, operating force to the revolver device to cause the movable member to move so that the objective lenses can be switched from one to the other through a single moving operation by the predetermined amount.
