Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable smooth supply when providing a head suspension which improves T1 windage by raising T1 frequency and sway frequency while improving a shocking property. SOLUTION: This method is provided with; a rigid body section chain article manufacturing process A which forms a rigid body section chain article 71 which is made by continuous arrangement of rigid body sections 11; a spring member chain article manufacturing process B which forms a spring member chain article 73 which is made by continuous arrangement of spring members 36 for constituting a spring section integrating a reinforcement section; a flexure manufacturing process C to form a flexure 7; a base section manufacturing process D which forms a base plate 5; overlapping joint processes E and F for bonding the overlapping set 81 of the rigid body section chain article 71, the spring member chain article 73, each base plate 5 and each flexure 7; and cutting processes G and K for cutting each head suspension 1 for separation from the overlapping set 81. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent oil from leaking from a chain cover covering a chain to prevent the oil from adhering to an occupant in an automobile. SOLUTION: This chain cover 10 has a substantially one-end opened square shape provided with a pair of flange parts 3 continuously on both sides of a web part 2 so as to oppose mutually to cover the chain from an outer side by connecting sequentially along the direction of running of the chain running in the vertical direction by inserting a connection pin of the chain. A recessed part 4 for pin in which the connection pin is inserted is formed in a non-pass-through condition onto an outer side in a part where the pair of flange parts 3 oppose mutually. Among the chain covers 10 adjacent along the direction of running of the chain, an end part of the web part 2 in the chain cover 10 on the upstream side and end parts of the pair of flange parts 3 are formed so as to protrude relatively highly toward an inner side for an end part in the chain cover 10 on the downstream side opposing to it. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam which can be used for automotive seal members and the like, and has a high expansion ratio, excellent flexibility, and an excellent cushioning property. SOLUTION: This resin composition for the foams is characterized by comprising a rubbery olefinic soft resin (C) which is obtained by knead-reacting an organic peroxide cross-linking type olefinic copolymer rubber (A) with an organic peroxide decomposition type crystalline olefinic resin (B) and in whose microcoagulation structure the organic peroxide cross-linking type olefinic copolymer rubber (A) and the organic peroxide decomposition type crystalline olefinic resin (B) exist in a mutually interpenetrated state different from a continuous phase and a discontinuous phase. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slowly descending apparatus used for escaping from a high place which is compact, shows strong damping force without pulsations or irregularities on the damping force and can rewind a wire. SOLUTION: The slowly descending apparatus used for escaping from a high place is equipped with a pair of oil dampers having braking function in the reciprocating direction, a rotating drum on which a wire is wound, and crankshafts connected to the rotating drum. One end of each oil damper is connected swingably to a support arranged on a housing, and the other end of each oil damper is connected to one of the crankshafts. The crankshaft connected turnably to the other end of one oil damper is shifted by 90 degrees on its phase relative to the other crankshaft connected rotatably to the other oil damper. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a hard disk drive smaller while improving shock characteristics of the hard disk drive. SOLUTION: This head suspension is provided with a base plate 21 attached to a carriage side to driveably rotate around a shaft, a load beam 3 including a rigid body 11 and a spring 13 with a base end side 17 of the rigid body 11 supported by a base plate 21 side through a spring 1 to give a load weight to a head at a point side for writing and reading information, and a flexure for connecting the head to wirings for writing and reading and attached to the load beam 3, supporting the head. The spring 13 is made to be relatively thicker than the rigid body 11 to make the load beam 3 thinner and increase spring load. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent dropout from a case even though an inexpensive stopper in a simple structure is used. SOLUTION: In a tensioner 1, a first shaft member 3 and second shaft member 4 engaged with each other by screw sections 8 and 9, and a spring 5 for rotating and urging the first shaft member 3 in one direction are housed in the case 2, and rotary urging force of the spring 5 is converted into propelling force of the second shaft member 4 by restricting rotation of the second shaft member 4. A stopper 15 for stopping rotation of the first shaft member 3 by resisting the rotary urging force of the spring 5 can be inserted into the case 2 so that the stopper 15 is engaged with the first shaft member 3. The stopper 15 can be prevented dropout from the case 2 so that frictional force is generated by making the stopper 15 firmly stick to the case 2 or first shaft member 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar antenna miniaturized. SOLUTION: The antenna is provided with: a radiation element 14 having a small planar shape compared to a planar shape to be decided by the wavelength of a radio signal to be radiated; an auxiliary radiation element 15 arranged substantially in parallel to the radiation element 14 via a dielectric, having a planar shape further smaller than the planar shape of the radiation element 14 and having the size to be decided depending on the degree of reduction of the radiation element 14; and a grounding conductor plate 11 arranged substantially in parallel to the auxiliary radiation element 15 via a dielectric. The substantial center portions of the radiation element 14 and the auxiliary radiation element 15 are commonly connected by an internal conductor 17 of a feeder line. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
