The mesh member 120 has a first area 127 including a through-hole area 127a in which a plurality of through-holes 122 are formed, and a second area 128 positioned around the first area 127. Around the through-hole area 127a of the first area 127, a vibration adding portion 170 for vibrating the through-hole area 127a is provided. In the second area 128, connecting portions 180a and 180b for electrically connecting a terminal portion 1070 on a spraying device 1000 side and the vibration adding portion 170 are provided.

SOLUTION: The volume-reducible paper cup is mainly made of paper and has a trunk member and a bottom member, which are joined at a joint. In manufacturing the paper cup, a trunk member blank is rolled cylindrically to form the trunk member of an inverse truncated cone, while the outer circumferential edge of a bottom member blank is folded downward to form the bottom member having a bottom surface with a bent part on the outer circumference thereof. The bent part of the bottom member is sandwiched between a folded part formed by folding back the lower end of the trunk member and the trunk of the trunk member.
