    摘要: PURPOSE: To produce the titled polyurethane paint giving a thick coating layer having excellent water-resistance and corrosion-resistance, with litle water pollution, by compounding a polyalkylene polyol having a specific hydroxyl value with an inorganic filler, a water-absorbent and an organic polyisocyanate compound at specific ratios.
    CONSTITUTION: The objective paint can be produced by compounding (A) 100 pts.(wt.) of a polyalkylene polyol having a hydroxyl value of 150W350 with (B) 5W250pts. of an inorganic filler having an oil-absorption of ≤120cc per 100g, (C) 0.1W150pts. of a water-absorbent, and (D) an organic polyisocyanate compound (e.g. tolylene diisocyanate). The equivalent ratio of NCO group in the component D to the OH group in the component A is selected to 0.85W1.5 to 1.0, and the gel time of the composition is adjusted to ≤30min.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To accurately inspect the propriety of the blending level of a gypsum- based expander from the white turbidity of a supernatant of a liquid in which crushed powder of cement fine pieces is immersed in water after a barium solution is added thereto. CONSTITUTION:Cured fine pieces of an expander-blended cement to be inspected are crushed and a fixed amount of the crushed powder is added to a fixed amount of water and stirred. After the agitation, the solution is allowed to stand for a given time so that water-soluble ions in the crushed powder will be caused to elute. Then, a fixed amount of the supernatant is extracted and a fixed amount of pure water is added thereto and stirred to make a test water. A liquid is prepared for a standard blended cement blended accurately with a fixed amount of an expander on the same condition as said test water and made a standard liquid. After the preparation of the test water and the standard liquid, a fixed amount of a barium chloride solution is added to the same amount of the test water and the standard liquid to produce a white turbidity. Thereafter, the white turbid test water is compared with the white turbid standard liquid.

In this time, a resin paint with high fluidity is injected from the first nozzle 51 to form a thin coating and a paint with low fluidity is injected from the second nozzle 52 to form a thick coating, and a topcoat powder paint is injected thereon from the third nozzle 53 to form a finish coating.
