Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility of a design by white color in the daytime at 10 mcd/m 2 (luminance enabling clear recognition in darkness) in light emission of 12 hours (all night light emission). SOLUTION: This luminous sheet includes a white reflection layer formed by centrifugal molding while heating a first mixture produced by mixing white pigment into resin material. A second mixture produced by mixing a white luminous material and high luminance luminous material having a specific gravity larger than that of the resin material is injected into the resin material, and they are centrifugally molded while heating on the white reflection layer side. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a curling phenomenon of a luminescent product molded by a centrifugal molding method while providing a white color layer which enhances light-storing performance on the luminescent product without adhering with an adhesive and without using a coating agent containing an organic solvent. SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a luminescent product comprises the steps of: mixing a first inorganic substance having a specific gravity greater than that of a urethane material with the urethane material; molding a molded article having two layers (21, 22) with different concentrations of the first inorganic substance; thereafter injecting a mixture prepared by mixing a second inorganic substance having a different function other than that of the first inorganic substance with the urethane material into the molded article; and overlaying a white color-reflecting layer 23 on the two layers (21, 22) by a centrifugal molding method. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-storage mark line which does not require laying of electric wires or maintenance, is easy to mold, and does not cause interlayer peeling, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: A light-storage layer 21 in which a light-storage agent 2 densely exists in a thermo-setting resin 11, an intermediate layer 31 in which the light-storage agent 2 exists in the thermo-setting resin 11 in the amount less than in the light-storage layer 21, and a white-reflective layer 41 in which the light-storage agent 2 hardly exists but most white pigments 4 exist in the thermo-setting resin 11 are integrally layered sequentially from the side of the surface (upper layer) of the light-storage mark line 1.
