Abstract:
In a locking mechanism provided with: a sleeve which is fixed in the circumferential direction and which can be stroked in the shaft line direction; a hub which can rotate in the circumferential direction orthogonal to the shaft line direction; and an actuator which can apply a driving force for displacing the sleeve in the shaft line direction, dog teeth are formed on the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve, and dog teeth are formed in the hub. Here, the engagement surfaces of the dog teeth are inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the shaft line such that the hub performs relative rotation with respect to the sleeve in a process in which the sleeve is stroked in the shaft line direction. The ECU estimates the stroke volume of the sleeve on the basis of the rotation amount of the hub and the predetermined angle.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an assembling process of a motorcycle containing a clutch abnormality detecting device and eliminate the necessity for securing mounting space of a sensor in a clutch abnormality detecting device for executing abnormality detection of an automatic clutch device. SOLUTION: After a main switch is turned on, an integrated value of a current value of a clutch actuator in a prescribed time during connecting operation in the clutch intermittent operation is calculated by forcing a clutch actuator to execute the clutch intermittent operation. The integrated value is compared with the threshold value set in advance. When the deviation from the threshold value is a prescribed value or higher, it is judged that an automatic clutch device is in an abnormal state. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for an electromagnetic multiplate clutch controllable in securely fastening condition even if the distance between an electromagnet and the clutch plate is increased, which is disposed between an engine and change gear mechanism of an automatic transmission for the connection and disconnection of the transmission of engine driving force, and a method therefor. SOLUTION: The controller compensates the distance between the electromagnet of an electromagnetic pilot clutch and the clutch plate by controlling an overexciting current within a prescribed value at restarting or beginning running when an idle running of the vehicle equipped with electromagnetic multiplate clutch.
