    Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform vaporization in a stable state all the time, by extending a part of a holding tube, holding a gas flow limiting member for vaporization of liquefied gas, and forming it so as to come into contact with the liquefied gas directly. CONSTITUTION:At an opening part 10 of a vessel 8, a porous film 11 or a gas flow limiting member is held by a holding body 12 being high in a heat transfer rate and a compressed body 13 consisting of synthetic resin. And, a liquid leading pipe 14 bundling fibers and fine tubes together is attached to the porous film 11. The heat required in time of vaporization is fed out of liquefied gas 9 through the holding body 12. Since the liquefied gas is a liquid body, the heat transfer rate is very excellent owing to a convection so that stable vaporization is always performable.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To seal a porous film surely to an outer member as well as to control a flow rate without fail, by making up a device into such a construction that pressure due to deformation in the outer member is added to the porous film via an elastic body. CONSTITUTION:A porous film 6 is made of brass and forcibly pressed to an inner bottom of a sleeve-like metal device 7 having a vent hole on the bottom by a plastic sleeve 8. This porous film 6 is held between the metal device 7 and the sleeve 8, while the metal device 7 is molded in its opened end by a press as being curled in the state that it holds the porous film 6 in between. In time of press molding, the sleeve 8 receives pressure of the press whereby it is wrapped by the metal device 7 in a state of being contracted as it is. Elastically restoring force in the sleeve 8 comes to force pressing the porous film 6 down to the metal device 7, so that a seal around the porous film 6 comes to perfection.
