Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tuning embossed sheet, which can reproduce a real grain in which a pattern of appearance and a pattern as a tactile feeling when touched are synchronized. SOLUTION: A grain pattern is printed on one side of a base material film 11. A transparent resin film is stuck on the grain pattern to laminate a transparent layer 15. The embossment of an uneven pattern 23 fitted to the printed pattern is applied on the surface of the transparent layer 15. After the lamination of the transparent layer 15, a release paper 17 is stuck on the other side of the base material film with an adhesive 19, and a support layer 21 is laminated. In an embossment process, with the amount of plastic deformation in the embossment process calculated, the uneven pattern 23 is stretched by 0.2-2.0% in the circumferential direction to the grain pattern by printing and contracted by 0.1-1.5% in the width direction and applied to a resin paper-integrated laminated film with the support layer 21 into integration, and the uneven pattern 23 is formed on the surface of the transparent layer 15 synchronized with the printed pattern. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pre-paste type pseudo-adhesion paper excellent in printability, generating no blocking and the like and presenting good appearance, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The pre-paste type pseudo-adhesion paper contains 5-40 wt.% raw starch having 5-40μm average particle size measured by micro-track measurement in a false adhesive layer and has 10-60% flatness and smoothness of the false adhesive layer surface measured by optical contact flatness and smoothness meter. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide paper having improved resistance to oil and achieve a large cost reduction. SOLUTION: Oil-resistant coat layers 2 are provided on both of the front surface and the back surface of the base paper 1 and the clay coat layer 3 is laminated on the surface of the oil-resistant coat layer 2 on the front surface side.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous matter emitting light in colors of red, pink, yellow and the like other than green and blue additionally. SOLUTION: A luminous transfer sheet T for ceramic wares is formed of a mounting paper 1 on which a water-soluble film 2, a fluorescent agent layer 3, a phosphorescent agent layer 4 and a cover coat resin 5 printed successively in the above order. Components other than the fluorescent agent layer 3 and the phosphorescent agent layer 4 constituting a luminous matter H are already publicly known and the fluorescent layer 3 is formed of a coating material prepared by mixing a fluorescent pigment with a medium (thermosetting solvent). The phosphorescent agent layer 4 is formed of a coating material prepared by mixing the fluorescent pigment with a medium (thermosetting solvent). When illumination is turned off, energy stored in the phosphorescent agent layer 4 is still emitted as visible rays or the like for a while. The rays are reflected on the fluorescent agent layer 3 and transmitted through the phosphorescent agent layer 4 to reach human eyes. As a result, colors of red, pink, yellow, green, blue and the like to be emitted by the fluorescent pigment can be sharply emitted by the luminous matter H.

PURPOSE:To provide an inorganic wall paper capable of uniformly stripping inorganic paper, readily and beautifully carrying out reexecution of wall paper even in the case of low tensile force like a thin decorative material layer of a highly expanded resin by laying a releasing agent layer on an inorganic paper. CONSTITUTION:Inorganic wall paper having excellent removability is inorganic paper comprising pulp and an inorganic compound containing water of crystallization, obtained by laminating a releasing agent layer composed of 100 pts.wt. based on the weight of the inorganic paper of an inorganic compound and 3-100 pts.wt. of an organic binder to one surface of the inorganic paper containing 50-90wt.% of the inorganic compound containing water of crystallization to form a laminate and has stripping force of 50-500g/30mm computed as 180 deg. tensile strength in the case of bonding the releasing agent layer of the laminate to a gypsum board.

PURPOSE:To obtain a paper container having good barrier properties by preventing the lowering of barrier properties due to the crack of a part subjected to hill form folding or trough form folding by a folding rule by providing a barrier layer having inorg. oxide vapordeposited on both surfaces thereof to both surfaces of the plastic film in laminated constitution having paper as a base material. CONSTITUTION:As one example of a laminated material 1, a polyethylene film layer 2, a paper layer 3, a polyethylene resin layer 4, a polyethylene resin layer 5, a barrier layer 6 and a polyethylene film layer 7 are laminated successively from the outside of a container. The barrier layer 6 is formed by providing a silicon oxide layer on both surfaces of a polyester film 8 by vapor deposition and vapor deposition layers 9 are formed on both surfaces of the polyester film 8. Therefore, even when one vapor deposition surface of the barrier layer 6 is stretched and folded by folding at a time when end edge folding-back treatment as a packing material is performed or a paper container is assembled, the other vapor deposition surface is folded in a non-stretched state and the crack-free vapor deposition surface can be always obtained on the single surface of the barrier layer.
