摘要: The present invention relates to a CO2-SAFE fire extinguishing system and a CO2-SAFE fire extinguishing method. According to the present invention, excessive CO2 injection can be blocked through human presence detection even when a fire detector detects a fire in an automatic mode and persons at a fire scene can be protected from a suffocation accident attributable to remaining CO2 during follow-up fire suppression or fire scene restoration after CO2 injection. The present invention includes a fire detector that is disposed in a protective zone of a building and detects a fire before signal transmission; an injection nozzle that is disposed in the protective zone for CO2 injection; a concentration gauge that is disposed in the protective zone and measures the concentration of CO2 remaining in the protective zone before signal transmission; a door lock that is disposed in a door of the protective zone to lock or unlock the door; and a controller that determines fire occurrence in the protective zone based on the signal transmitted from the fire detector and controls CO2 to be injected through the injection nozzle. The controller controls the door lock based on the signal transmitted from the concentration gauge after CO2 injection is completed so that the door of the protective zone remains locked in a case where the concentration of the CO2 remaining in the protective zone exceeds a set reference value and the door of the protective zone is unlocked in a case where the concentration of the CO2 remaining in the protective zone is equal to or below the set reference value.

摘要: The present invention relates to a sea surface fire extinguishing apparatus for an offshore plant which promptly and reliably extinguishes a fire on a lower sea surface side of the offshore plant such as a drill ship during an early stage of the fire to prevent physical and human damage to the offshore plant attributable to the sea surface fire; and a fire extinguishing method using the same. According to the present invention, the sea surface fire extinguishing apparatus for an offshore plant includes: a barrier wall body disposed to be capable of moving upwards and downwards in the offshore plant, and is moved to an upper side or a lower side in the event of a fire on a sea surface on a lower side of the offshore plant to surround and seal the sea surface on the lower side of the offshore plant; a fire extinguishing nozzle which ejects a fire extinguishing agent to the sea surface surround by the barrier wall body; lifting/lowering means to lift/lower the barrier wall body with respect to the offshore plant; and fire extinguishing agent supply means to supply the fire extinguishing agent to the fire extinguishing nozzle.
