Abstract: 본 고안은 자갈이나 쇄석(碎石) 등의 골재를 일정한 크기별로 선별할 수 있는 골재선별용 스크린 철망에 관한 것으로서, 내마모성의 향상과 함께 자갈이나 쇄석과 같은 골재의 선별효율을 높일 수 있는 골재선별용 스크린 철망을 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
이에 따라, 본 고안에서는 프레임의 내측에 물결형상의 압연 강선이 다수개가 밀접되게 배열되어 마름모 형상의 선별구멍을 형성하고, 각각의 강선 양쪽 끝부분은 프레임에 고정된다. 그리고 각각의 강선 일부분은 접합부에 의해 접합되므로 골재의 하중으로 인해 강선들이 처지는 것을 방지하게 된다.
따라서, 본 고안은 압연 강선으로 인하여 내마모성이 증가되어 스크린 철망의 수명을 연장시키고, 강선들의 떨림에 의해 선별구멍을 통과하기 위한 골재의 모션이 많이 이루어지므로 골재의 선별효율을 증가된다. 더욱이, 기존의 제품보다 선별효과와 내마모성이 향상되는 반면, 생산원가는 저렴한 유용한 효과가 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a new method for classifying microspheres that is capable of surely processing an upper limit/lower limit classification of a microsphere having a diameter of 1.00 mm or less in a short time and to provide a classifying device therefor. CONSTITUTION: In the method for classifying the microsphere having a diameter of 1.00 mm or less, the method comprises steps of using a rounded cylindrical sieve having a network opening formed therein by the electrochemical method, charging the microspheres into the cylindrical sieve and classifying the charged microspheres by rotating the cylindrical sieve. It is preferable that the sieve is an electric sieve having a network opening formed therein by the electric plating method. The device provides the height difference at both of the end parts where the cylindrical sieve is arranged. It is preferable that the microspheres are charged into the cylindrical sieve from the higher side of the end part of the cylindrical sieve and the microspheres are discharged from the lower side of the end part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A screen device for sorting particle degree of mineral is provided to remove inserted mineral by moving a lower moving screen mat and by enlarging the diameter of the screen mat hole when small particle degree of mineral is inserted into the hole of the screen mat. CONSTITUTION: A screen device settles a screen mat in a double structure of an upper screen mat and a lower moving screen mat, but each screen mat forms holes having a bigger diameter than the diameter for sorting a raw material mineral and install a cramp bar(3) at both sides of the lower screen mat. After connecting a separate type shaft to the cramp bar, a handle operation stand is installed in the end of the shaft. Therefore, the holes of the upper and lower screen mat are overlapped or equaled with each other by manipulating a handle. For sorting mineral, the holes of each screen mat are folded in half and the shaft is separated not to operate the handle. After sorting, the shafts are overlapped and a pin is inserted into a pinhole formed in the shaft and then the handle is operated, to remove mineral.
