PURPOSE: An additive composition of gypsum based finishing plaster and gypsum based finishing plaster comprising the composition are provided to improve the application in primary plaster work and reduce the resistance of plasterer's float. CONSTITUTION: An additive composition of gypsum based finishing plaster comprises cellulose ether of 60~97 weight%, polyacrylamide of 0.5~10 weight%, and guar gum. The cellulose ether comprises one or more selected from the group consisting of methyl cellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, hydroxyethylmethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, ethylhydroxyethyl cellulose, and methylethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose. The content of the guar gum is 1~20 parts by weight to the cellulose ether of 100 parts by weight.

The first step(P1) is to apply the base concrete(C) on the primer(10) by using a resistance type thermal insulation material and a reflection type protective coating material. The second step(P2) is to cover the primer layer with a porous insulating sheet. The third step(P3) is to fix the porous insulating sheet to the connection part of the porosity insulating sheetby using an adhesive tape(30).
