Abstract: A resin sheet, a manufacturing method for the same, and a liquid crystal display are provided to make the resin sheet thinner and lighter than a glass-based substrate and to secure anti-glare function of the resin sheet by forming an uneven hard coating layer at the outermost side. The resin sheet is composed of a gas cut-off layer(3), a base layer(2), and one hard coating layer(1) formed as an outermost layer and provided with an uneven part on the outer surface. The uneven surface has the surface roughness of 80~500nm and a peak-to-valley distance of 20~80nm. The base layer contains epoxy resin. The hard coating layer contains urethane resin. The uneven part is formed on the surface of the hard coating layer by transferring the shape of a recessed part formed on a base material.
