A fishway slope block installed in an inclined bottom of a river is provided to move fishes stably through a moving passage of the block by decreasing flow rate of water in the river in turning a rotary blade rod, and to construct a habitat for aquatic organisms by generating bubbles. A fishway slope block(10) is fastened in a steep riverbed, and fishes are moved up through a moving passage formed in the fishway slope block. A passage inlet body(30) is fastened in a lower part(11) of the fishway slope block, and an upper fish entrance(18) is formed in an upper part(12) of the fishway slope block. A multistage flow rate reduction sill(16) is formed in an upper part of an inclined part(13), and a rotary blade rod(50) is rotatably installed in the lower part of the fishway slope block to decrease flow rate. Central shafts(52) are formed at both sides of a rotary rod(51) of the rotary blade rod, and inserted to a shaft groove of a blade rod installation post(43). Flow rate is decreased by turning the rotary blade rod to prevent the riverbed from being recessed.

A vegetation block(A) contains: a block body(10) provided with a vegetation space(11) to grow plants, outflow holes to drain off water smoothly from the vegetation space, coupling grooves(12) to insert a coupling member, fixing holes(13) to couple a connecting member, many rugged parts(40) formed on the front to improve the appearance and concave parts(50) formed on both rear sides; a coupling member(20) composed of a leg(22) and a head(21) to be fixed to the coupling grooves of the block body; and a connecting member(30) coupled to the fixing holes of upper and lower vegetation blocks. Hereon mortar is placed between the coupling member and the coupling groove to couple vegetation blocks with high coupling strength.

An eco-friendly plant block, a method for producing the plant block, a plant block net using the plant block, and a planting method using the plant block net are provided to highly save time and labor for the construction, and improve rooting rate of plant. An eco-friendly plant block(10) comprises a penetration hole(11), a wedge-type depression(12), and a reinforcing member(13). The plant block has a polygonal or circular sectional shape and predetermined height. The penetration hole is formed in the center of the plant block. A plurality of the wedge-type depressions are formed at uniform intervals along circumference of the outline forming the block or in the middle of each side of the outline shape. One through three reinforcing materials having polygonal or circular shape are formed in each plant block. A plant block net comprises a plurality of the plant blocks in a manner that three or four blocks are arranged with respect to the plant block.
