    摘要: PURPOSE: A multi-functional coating composition which gives anti-chemical property, wear resistance, anti-corrosion property, dispersibility, water repellence, oil repellence and weathering resistance to a coated substrate is provided. CONSTITUTION: The fluorinated polysiloxane multi-functional coating composition comprises 20 to 40 wt% of alkyl trialkoxysilane, 5 to 15 wt% of a silane coupling agent, 20 to 70 wt% of an alcoholic solvent, 1 to 3 wt% of an acid catalyst, 10 to 30 wt% of a metal oxide sol having and average particle diameter of 10 to 30 nm, 1 to 5 wt% of a resin or compound containing fluorine and 1 to 3 wt% of a curing catalyst. The composition is produced by carrying out a sol-gel process, i.e., polymerization and polycondensation in the presence of an acid and alcohol and then stabilizing the composition.

    摘要: PURPOSE: An inorganic compound based flame retardant composition which has high temperature resistance and does not generate harmful gases to be ecologically favorable is provided. CONSTITUTION: The flame retardant composition comprises 100 parts by weight of aluminum phosphate having the P/Al mole ratio of 1 to 3.5, 50 to 150 parts by weight of one or more fillers such as various oxides, carbides, nitrides, borides and hydroxides, and 1 to 10 parts by weight of a curing accelerator such as tin, tin compounds and zinc oxides. The flame retardant composition can be applied to a resin, fiber, paint, pigment, coating, paper, wood, carpet, curtain and plastic product.

CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of a highly active photocatalytic TiO2 sol containing metals comprises the processes of peptizing titanium alkoxide with acid; preparing a sol in which titanium and metals are uniformly dispersed by adding metal salts to the peptized titanium oxide; gelating the neutralized sol by neutralizing the prepared sol with a base; mixing the filtered and washed sol with distilled water after filtering and washing the gelated sol; and adding a hydrogen peroxide solution to the mixture, wherein a titanium peroxide sol to which metals such as Fe, Al, Si, Cu, Ni, Ge, Ga, Sr, Ba, Mn, Mg, Ag, Au, Cr, V, Ca, Zn, Pd, Pt, Rh, W, Mo, Zr, Th, Nb and Ta, salts of the metals added to the titanium peroxide sol include nitrate, acetate, chloride and sulfate which are dissolved by water or an organic solvent, the metals are added to the titanium peroxide sol in a metal (M)/titanium (Ti) weight ratio of 0.0001 to 50%, the metal salts are added before or after peptization reaction in the process of peptizing titanium alkoxide, the titanium peroxide sol can be obtained not by peptizing titanium raw material with acid, but by adding hydrogen peroxide to titanium alkoxide, and the titanium oxide sol is prepared by decomposing the hydrogen peroxide solution through heating, or reaction between hydrogen peroxide and titanium raw material is promoted by adding a base to promote decomposition reaction of the hydrogen peroxide solution.

    摘要: PURPOSE: Provided is an antirust agent mainly comprising sodium silicate, which does not disturb water echo system even when discharged to outside cooling system because it does not contain phosphate attributable to eutrophication. CONSTITUTION: In an antirust agent which is obtained by ion-exchange of sodium silicate(Na2O·SiO2·XH2O) having a SiO2/Na2O ratio of 2.0-3.2 in mole with one or more antibacterial metals, the antibacterial metal is selected from silver, gold, copper, and zinc. Further, a complex ion and a chelating agent are added. Furthermore, one or more compounds selected from organic antibacterial agents including chloride, amidazole, quaternary ammonium, iodine and natural antibacterial agents including hinokitiol, chitosan are added. The sodium silicate is prepared by adding 15-30% sodium hydroxide solution to amorphous silica powder(SiO2), adjusting to pH 10.5-11.5, and heating at 50-150°C while stirring.
