CONSTITUTION: A waterproofing method of a concrete structure using a polymer-based environmentally-friendly waterproofing agent is as follows. The surface of concrete is polished or scratched(S10). The scratched surface of the concrete is washed using water(S20). The surface of the concrete is dried(S30). Primer of a polymer-based environmentally-friendly waterproofing agent is spread on the dried surface of the concrete(S40). Paste of the environmentally-friendly waterproofing agent is spread on the surface of the spread primer(S50). An inter-coating agent of the waterproofing agent is spread on the spread paste(S55). A top coating agent of the waterproofing agent is spread on the spread inter-coating agent(S60).
