    摘要: 본발명에서는산과들에서자생하는다양한종류의풀을채취하여건조및 절단한후 압착하여소정의형상으로성형함으로써석탄과같은종래화석연료(化石燃料) 대신에보일러의가열을위한난방용연료또는고기를굽거나각종음식을조리하기위한조리용연료로사용할수 있도록하고, 자연훼손을방지할수 있도록하는한편, 배출연기에의한대기오염을현저하게저감시키고, 연소후 배출되는회분(灰分)의재처리비용을절감시킬수 있도록한 새로운풀탄및 그제조방법이개시된다. 본발명은산이나들에서자생하는풀을채취하는풀 채취단계와; 채취한풀의수분함량이 3∼7%되도록채취한풀을자연건조또는열풍건조시키는풀 건조단계와; 상기풀 건조단계에서건조된풀을 0.1∼2.0㎝의길이로절단하는풀 절단단계와; 상기절단된풀 75.0∼85.0중량%에풀씨앗 8.0∼10.0중량%, 음식물탄화숯가루 2.0∼4.0중량%, 무연탄 2.0∼4.0중량%, 황토분말 1.0∼3.0중량%, 유분슬러지 2.0∼4.0중량%를첨가한후 고르게혼합하는재료혼합단계와; 혼합된재료를성형틀에넣은상태에서 0.5∼1.5ton/㎠의압력으로 5∼20분동안압착하는탄(炭) 성형단계와; 성형된풀탄을성형틀로부터배출시킨후 습기가침투되지않는장소에서 1∼2일간자연건조시키는풀탄건조단계를포함하여구성된다.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a fuel pellet for coal powder boiler of coal power plant using palm byproducts wasted from a palm oil process. According to the present invention, a mixture of palm film powder and palm seed bark is rolled by a forming press, and the moisture contents of the mixture is equal to or lower than 10 wt%, while the ash fusion temperature is higher than 1200°C. The fuel pellet for coal powder boiler of coal power plant using palm byproducts has over 1200°C of ash fusion temperature, thus can be useful for a coal powder boiler and for a highly calorific power generation without going through a semi-carbonization process.

A step of drying waste wood to have 5~10% of moisture content at 80~180°C by smashing in 5~100 mesh and rice hulls to have 5~10% of moisture content at 80~180°C by smashing in 5~100 mesh; a step of adding more binder and additive to mix after mixing prepared waste wood and rice hulls; a step of manufacturing solid molding fuel by molding the mixed raw material into 80~120 kg/cm^2; and a step of drying the solid molding. The step of drying solid molding fuel at 60~80°C for 1-3 hours.
