    摘要: An air curtain cap for preventing the inflow of pulverized coal is provided to form a main air jetting passage easily by combining outer and inner rings and to facilitate maintenance and repair works by exchanging only the inner ring if the inner bore is worn out. An air curtain cap(10) for preventing the inflow of pulverized coal restrains the pulverized coal from flowing into a gland of a hydraulic cylinder by making the air flowing into a channel(28) through an air hole(214) formed at a housing(212) of the hydraulic cylinder, flow toward the end of a rod end(320) through a main air jetting passage(30) in a gap spacer of a pulverizer. The air curtain cap comprises an outer ring(100) combined with the housing and provided with a jetting passage forming hole(11) perforated through front and rear sides(16,14) and an inner ring(101) combined with the outer ring. The inner ring has a center hole(23) perforated through front and rear sides(25,27) to pass the rod end and a jetting passage forming bar(21) inserted into the jetting passage forming hole. The main air jetting passage is formed by a gap(30a) formed between an outer peripheral surface(21a) of the jetting passage forming bar of the inner ring and an inner peripheral surface(11a) of the jetting passage forming hole of the outer ring.

A paper shredder with a cleaning function is composed of: a box-shaped case equipped with a door at the front lower end; a cutting device having plural cutting blades fixed to a pair of cutter shafts(23) at the inner upper end of the case and cutting the waste papers, into pieces by crossing the cutting blades across each other by a driving motor; a waste paper tray installed at the lower end of the cutting device. Spacers(26) are installed between the cutting blades. Rotary rings are installed at each spacer. A control panel is formed at the upper end of the case. A cleaning button is formed on the control panel. The driving motor is rotated reversely more than one minute in pushing the cleaning button.

    摘要: A method for operating a food waste treating system and an apparatus for crushing food waste are provided to remove external particles from a crushing unit and check the crushing unit easily, by installing a detachable type crush cover at a lateral wall of a crushing unit so that the crush cover is simply detached from the crushing unit when an operation of the crushing unit is stopped due to the external particles or the crushing unit is to be checked. Food waste, or a plastic bag containing food waste is inputted into an input hoper(11), and transferred to a distributor(12). The distributor is connected to an air pump, and has rotating knife blades. The food waste or the plastic bags containing food waste are crushed to discharge external particles such as plastic bags through an outlet and transfer the food waste to a main crushing unit(20). A plurality of hammer crushers(30) are connected centering a shaft to form a uniform inclination angle within the main crushing unit, wherein the hammer crushers transfer the food waste in one direction and crush the food waste. A crush cover(33) is detachably formed at a lateral wall of the crushing unit. The crushing unit is simply repaired by detaching only the crush cover from the crushing unit when an operation of the crushing unit is stopped due to the external particles or the crushing unit is to be checked. A sieve net is formed on a lower surface of each of the hammer crushers. The small-sized food waste is dropped to a press screw through the sieve net, and the large-sized food waste is caught by the sieve net and crushed by the hammer crusher. The crushed food waste is dehydrated by the press screw, or transferred to a drying process and a fermenting process.
