摘要: PURPOSE: A system and a method for correcting the fuel injection amount of a diesel engine are provided to maintain stable engine output and torque performance by keeping the even amount of fuel, to improve drivability by stabilizing exhaust gas, and to minimize the deflection in the production of an injector by correcting the driving deflection of the injector. CONSTITUTION: An engine rpm sensor(10) detects an engine rpm. An acceleration pedal sensor(20) detects the displacement information of an acceleration pedal, a cooling water temperature sensor(30) detects the temperature information of cooling water. A cam position sensor(40) detects the top dead center to determine an ignition time. A control unit(50) measures the driving condition, operates the injection amount by using map data, fetches the real amount of injected fuel by applying a correction value, and controls the injector driving current time. An injector(60) injects the determined amount of fuel by being opened and closed for a determined time.

摘要: PURPOSE: A method for controlling a fuel injection in a diesel vehicle is provided to prevent power of the diesel vehicle from being lowered due to reduction of fuel by effectively controlling the amount of fuel when the performance of the diesel vehicle is lowered. CONSTITUTION: A fuel injection is controlled through a smoke map having mapping parameters, which are set based on fuel injection in each gear transmission step(S312). Then, a theoretical air/fuel ratio of a diesel vehicle is compared with a real air/fuel ratio of the diesel vehicle(S316). If the real air/fuel ratio of the diesel vehicle is a lean state as compared with the theoretical air/fuel ratio of the diesel vehicle, a minimum value of fuel for driving the diesel vehicle is compared with a real value of fuel for driving the diesel vehicle(S318). If the real value of fuel is larger than the minimum value of fuel, the fuel injection is controlled based on the real value of fuel(S320).

The vehicle condition detecting part(10) also includes a fuel temperature detecting section(14), an atmospheric pressure detecting section(15), and a knocking detecting section(16).

CONSTITUTION: A control rack is operated by pressure on an acceleration pedal to adjust fuel injection amount in a diesel engine automobile. An engine rpm sensor(30) detects an engine rpm and outputs a corresponding electrical signal. An air pressure sensor(40) detects an altitude of the automobile and outputs a corresponding signal. An engine controller(50) analyzes the signals of above sensors and detects the altitude of the automobile to output a fuel compensation control signal. A fuel compensation actuator(60) is operated by an input of the fuel compensation control signal of the engine controller to change fuel pressure of an injection pump.

摘要: PURPOSE: A function to adjust engine torque reflecting driving road condition and driver's taste is applied to reduce air fuel ratio in a diesel engine. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling fuel injection comprises a driving state detecting member(100), an engine controller(200), and a driving member(300). The engine controller outputs control signal to the driving state detecting member, receives acceleration pedal position, a kickdown switch state, a setting switch and an engine rpm to calculate engine load. If the acceleration pedal position, engine load, and engine rpm are over predetermined values, when the kickdown switch and the setting switch are not 'off', a multi engine torque map is applied to output a control signal for fuel injection. When the kickdown switch is off, an alarming signal for disorder of the kickdown switch is outputted.

CONSTITUTION: An injection timing and time control method comprises the steps of: detecting the cylinder reference signals and rpm inputted from a sensor by using an interrupt and a timer of a microprocessor; discriminating the cylinder in a reference discriminating interrupt routine using the detected cylinder reference signal; and compensating the fuel injector actuator response delay time of the corresponding cylinder by counting the rpm signal after dividing frequency in a phase control loop with synchronization to a cycle of rpm signals. By independently compensating the response delay time of respective cylinders, fuel injection timing and time are controlled accurately.
