The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically molding cylindrical type laminated veneer, in which a uniform tension is applied to veneer, which is automatically conveyed to a main shaft for laminating the veneer, thereby manufacturing a cylindrical laminate having uniform strength and having no splitting, cracking, and rupturing, which are generated in the hardwood. The apparatus for automatically molding cylindrical type laminated veneer according to the present invention comprises: a main shaft installed above a base plate and rotating by rotational force transmitted from a driving motor; a paper tube fitted on the main shaft and having an outer circumferential surface on which veneer is laminated; a pressing roller of which both ends are supported by a roller supporter and of which an outer circumferential surface is contacted with the veneer laminated on the paper tube to press the veneer while applying pressure thereto; a delivery table installed above the base plate and moving in a length direction of the main shaft; a roller attachment base which is installed within a predetermined angle range above the delivery table to be able to rotate, which includes a bobbin on which the veneer or a mesh is wound and a roller for allowing the veneer unwound and delivered from the bobbin to maintain tension and coating an adhesive thereon; a tension control brake for adjusting the rotational rate of the bobbin to control the tension of the delivered veneer or mesh; and a control panel for controlling operations of all devices, such as on/off operations, tensions, and rates. Here, the veneer is laminated and pressed on the outer circumferential surface of the paper pipe, thereby molding a cylindrical type laminate.

Each of four sides of the rectangular central panel comprises a first protrusive surface, a second protrusive surface, and one insertion groove. Each of the rectangular upper and lower panels has sides comprising a first protrusive surface, a second protrusive surface, a third protrusive surface, and one insertion grooves, and each of both sides of the upper and lower panels has one protrusive surface. Each of the rectangular left and right panels has sides comprising a first protrusive surface, a second protrusive surface, a third protrusive surface, and one insertion grooves. The present invention provides the door which is not two-dimensional but three-dimensional, quickly manufactures the door with a prefabricated method in all manufacturing processes, and surely provides a three-dimensional effect for the door.

CONSTITUTION: An intaglio pattern producing method of on a board using a roller comprises the following steps: removing foreign substances from the surface of the board (B) and flattening the board using an oscillating grinder; processing the surface of the board by UV coating or LPM coating; semi-drying the coating; and passing a roller (1) with a specific pattern over the surface of the semi-dried coating to form an intaglio pattern.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a surface material having a transparent sheet on which embossing is formed includes: a step of supplying a sheet(10) which is a transparent sheet formed of a synthetic resin material; a step of spreading a transparent coating agent on the upper surface of the sheet in order to form a coating layer(20); a step of printing a pattern on the lower surface of the sheet which adheres to a panel; a step of drying the sheet; and a step of winding the sheet. In the step of spreading the transparent coating agent, a coating layer is formed on the sheet using the viscosity of the coating agent.

CONSTITUTION: A V-cutting panel comprises a V-cutting part on one side; a thin plate(10) which bends with the center of V-cutting part; a surfacing material(20) which is attached to the other surface of the thin plate which is the opposite direction of V-cutting part. The surfacing material comprises a paper layer which is attache to the other side of the thin film; the print layer(22) which is applied on the paper layer which has a direction opposite to the thin plate; a coating layer(23) of a polymer component which is applied on the print layer. The coating layer is composed of the hot-melt adhesive with polyurethane material which is melted by heating. The coating layer is the moisture-curing type.
