    摘要: A method for manufacturing a natural inorganic floor adhesive is provided to ensure excellent antibacterial property, alkali resistance, and durability and to be harmless to the human body because heavy metal or volatile organic compound and formaldehyde are not contained. A method for manufacturing a natural inorganic floor adhesive comprises the steps of: (i) heating a linseed oil 10-30 parts by weight, tung oil 10-25 parts by weight, and rosin 10-25 parts by weight in a nitrogen(N2) atmosphere at 210-260 °C for 10-20 hours while confirming a boding state with a regular space to prepare natural resin; preparing a natural resin of particle size of 0.001-1 micron in a homomixer; (ii) reacting the natural resin 30-40 parts by weight, inorganic particles 30-40 parts by weight and a second additive 5-10 parts by weight at 60-80 °C for 1-3 hours, cooling the reactant to 10-30 °C, and then adding and stirring nanosilver particles 1-5 parts by weight and water 10-15 parts by weight to prepare refinforced glue; mixing and stirring kelzyme 20-30 parts by weight, diatomite 10-20 parts by weight as a porous mineral, ground calcium carbonate 10-20 parts by weight, hydrated aluminum silicate 10-20 parts by weight and a cross-linking agent 5-10 parts by weight at 800-1000 rpm for 30 minutes - 1 hour and then blending with the refinforced glue in a weight ratio of 1:0.8 - 1:1.2.

An aqueous tackifier dispersion is prepared by melting a mixture of (a) 30-70 wt.% of a rosin-based and a petroleum resin-based (softening point 65deg.C-150deg.C) oligomer type tackifier resin which has various molecular structures and the number average molecular weight of 500-5000, and (b) 0.1-20 wt.% of a negative ion and non-ionic surfactant, by using outside heat; and water-dispersing the melted mixture by stirring it at 30-150 RPM while injecting warm water of 50-100deg.C.
