摘要： PURPOSE: A water saving device is provided to prevent water from splashing in use by producing foam in water during being supplied and to facilitate to use through the large rotation angle of a stick. CONSTITUTION: A water saving device comprises a housing, a valve(30), a raising part(40), first and second rotary shafts(51,52), and a stick member(50). The housing comprises inner and outer housings(10,20) and a water blocking part(60) which is equipped with a foam producing member(80) in the lower part. The foam producing member comprises a through-hole(81), a micro hole, and a micro protrusion(83) in order to produce a large quantity of foam in water which passes the foam producing member. The valve opens a water outlet when a stick is touched; rotates on the first and second rotary shafts; and upwardly pressurizes the raising part with a stick head(53). By slightly inclining the stick member, only the valve is opened for discharging a small quantity of water. By largely inclining the stick member, a first valve and a rotator(33) are risen altogether for discharging a large quantity of water.

The insertion rod is inserted in the operation preventing part and the gap of the spindle head to control the supply of water.

The locking part comprises a hook member(62) and a latching member(63) to be hooked on the hook member. The hook part forms a spot welded key hole(61) on the cylindrical main body and the semi spherical cover member. The hook part and the latching part form inner curved locking groove press parts(12, 33) on the spot welded cylindrical main body and the semi spherical covering member.
