본 발명은 토너의 현상성, 전사성, 정착성의 향상을 달성하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 결착 수지, 왁스 및 착색제를 적어도 함유하는 토너 입자를 갖는 토너이며, 상기 토너의 시차 주사 열량계에 의해 측정한 유리 전이 온도(TgA)가 40 내지 60℃에 존재하고, 상기 토너의 시차 주사 열량계에 의해 측정한 최대 피크의 온도(P1)가 70 내지 120℃에 존재하고, 상기 토너의 테트라히드로푸란(THF) 가용분 중에 있어서의 시클로헥산(CHX) 불용분의 시차 주사 열량계에 의해 측정한 유리 전이 온도(TgB)가 80 내지 120℃에 존재하고, 상기 TgA와 상기 TgB가 특정식을 만족하고, 상기 토너의 플로우 테스터 승온법에 의해 측정한 100℃에서의 점도가 5,000 내지 30,000Paㆍs이며, 상기 시클로헥산(CHX) 불용분의 산가가 5 내지 40mgKOH/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 토너에 의해 목적을 달성할 수 있다. 결착 수지, 왁스, 착색제, 토너 입자, 피크 온도, 응집도, 분산 안정제, 극성 수지, 중량 평균 입경

PURPOSE: A toner for electrostatic latent images and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the glossy property and the heat storing property of the toner by strictly controlling the miscibility of toner materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a toner(208) for electrostatic latent images includes the following: A first binder particle, a coloring agent dispersing solution, and a releasing agent dispersing solution containing two or more kinds of releasing agents are mixed to obtain a mixed solution. A coagulant agent is added to the mixed solution in order to form a core layer containing a first coagulated toner. A shell layer includes a second binder particle which is obtained by polymerizing one or more polymerizable monomers. The shell layer covers the coating layer to obtain a second coagulated toner.

PURPOSE: An electrostatic image developing toner is provided to prevent the deterioration of cleaning capability of a cleaning blade, and to solve problems such as unevenness in image density and streaks tend to come up. CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic image developing toner comprises: toner particles that contain a binding resin, a coloring agent and a release agent and that have D50 of from about 2.0 μm to about 8.0 μm, D50 standing for a volume-average particle size of the toner particles; and non-colored release agent particles, wherein out of the non-colored release agent particles, those ranging in volume-average particle size of from about 0.8 to about 1.2 times a value of D50 are present in a proportion of about 50 or below per 5,000 of the toner particles.

CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a toner comprises: a step of mixing polar solvent, immiscible organic solvent and surfactant to obtain a solvent emulsion; a step of adding cosurfactant and one or polyester resin, wax and coloring agent to the solvent emulsion to prepare polyester resin mini emulsion, wax emulsion and coloring agent emulsion; a step of heating the mini emulsion to remove organic solvent; and a step of adding coagulant to the mini emulsion to coagulate toner particles.

CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a toner comprises: a step of stirring dispersion stabilizing agent, surfactant, polar solvent and immiscible organic mixture to obtain a solvent emulsion; a step of adding sulfonic acid-free polyester to the solvent emulsion to obtain polyester resin dispersion liquid; a step of removing organic solvent from the polyester resin dispersion liquid; a step of adding coagulant to coagulate toner particles; and a step of fusing the coagulated toner particles.

PURPOSE: A container for toner, a container for developer, and an image forming device using the same are provided to suppress lowering of liquidity of toner for developing an electrostatic latent image. CONSTITUTION: A charging unit(2) uniformly charges the surface of a photoconductor(1). An exposing device(3) applies light of an image shape on the surface of the photoconductor. A developing unit(4) supplies a two component developer(41) to the surface of the photoconductor. A transferring unit(6) transfers a toner image on the surface of the photoconductor on a paper(7). A cleaning device(8) removes a toner and a remaining residue remaining on the surface of the photoconductor. An electric field removing device(9) removes an electrostatic latent image from the surface of the photoconductor.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a toner is provided to manufacture the toner having narrow particle size distribution by controlling the viscosity of the initial step of reaction by adding abietic acid and to obtain excellent fixation through emulsion aggregation. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a toner comprises the following steps: mixing a latex dispersion solution, a colorant dispersion solution, and a wax dispersion solution with abietic acid; forming toner particles by adding a coagulant to the mixture and aggregating the mixture; and fusing the aggregated toner particles. The abietic acid is extracted from rosin. The abietic acid is a solution which is manufactured by dissolving the abietic acid in alcohol.
