본 발명은 폴리머콘크리트 거푸집 및 이를 사용한 박스암거 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 이는 암거 시공에 사용되는 거푸집을 제거할 필요없이 그 암거에 물리 화학적으로 우수한 특성을 제공하기 위해 그대로 사용하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 폴리머콘크리트를 재질로 하고 기초 콘크리트로부터 직립되는 제1 수직패널(110)에 의해 상면 개방된 박스형상을 갖는 외측거푸집(100)과; 폴리머콘크리트를 재질로 하고 복수개의 제2 관통공(201)이 형성되되, 기초 콘크리트 상면에 배치되는 버팀재(211)에 안착되는 하부패널(210)과, 하부패널(210) 양측의 제2 관통공(201)에 삽입되는 돌기(200a)가 하면으로부터 연장되는 제2 수직패널(220)과, 제2 수직패널(220) 상측으로 배치되고 제2 관통공(201)이 구비되지 않은 수평패널(230)로 이루어져 전후 개방면이 제1 수직패널(110)에 의해 밀폐되는 박스형상을 갖는 내측거푸집(200);으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 해체 과정이 필요없을 뿐 아니라 암거 시공 및 내구성을 향상시키기 위한 보호물로 거푸집을 사용하도록 한다. 폴리머콘크리트, 암거, 거푸집

PURPOSE: A middle-temperature asphalt pavement composition is provided to improve mid temperature construction techniques, thereby commercializing in wide range of energy-savings and low carbon technologies. CONSTITUTION: A middle-temperature asphalt pavement composition comprises 91-94 weight% of asphalt, 3-5 weight% of thermoplastic elastomer, 2-4 weight% of maleic anhydride-grafted polyethylene wax which has 4-10% of grafting ratio, and 0.1-1 weight% of process oil. The middle-temperature asphalt pavement composition has viscosity of less than 700 cP at 135 deg. Celsius. The thermoplastic elastomer is styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS), styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber(SBR), natural rubber latex, or a combination thereof.

PURPOSE: An artificial marble including paper material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to give a natural pattern to an artificial marble by including waste newspaper, waste paper including Korean paper, or paper made from a bark of paper mulberry in an artificial marble. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an artificial marble including paper material comprises the following steps: forming a mixture by mixing a base resin with the paper material in a same ratio of the base resin(S11); forming a pattern by extruding the mixture using an extruding installation(S12); and molding the extruded product in which the pattern is formed using a press facility(S13). The artificial marble including paper material comprises the base resin which forms background of the artificial marble and the paper material which is accepted inside the base resin and embodies the pattern. The paper material is one selected from the following: waste newspaper, waste paper, Korean paper, and paper made from a bark of paper mulberry.

PURPOSE: A coating apparatus for blocking lightweight aggregate absorption and a method thereof are provided to prevent water absorption inside pores of the lightweight aggregate by heating and spraying a mixture of resin monomer and initiator using pressure absorption inhibitor in order to coat and dry a surface of the lightweight aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A coating apparatus for blocking lightweight aggregate absorption(1) comprises a drum mixer(20) which is rotatable in order to mix the lightweight aggregate evenly, a heat exchanger(40) which heats and supplies a pressurized absorption inhibitor from one end of the drum mixer to the light weight aggregate, and a hot air generator(50) which supplies hot-air from other end part of the drum mixer to inside the drum mixer. The pressurized absorption inhibitor is a mixture of resin monomers and reactive initiators. The heat exchanger comprises a plurality of paths for supplying resin monomers and reactive initiators respectively and a spray nozzle(43) which sprays the mixture of resin monomers and reactive initiators inside the drum mixer.

CONSTITUTION: Artificial marble includes recycled acryl chips in a base compound. The base compound includes a polymer resin and an additive. The oriental marbling surface is arranged on the artificial marble. The artificial marble includes 40-90 parts by weight of the recycled acryl chips based on 100 parts by weight of the base compound. The recycled acryl chip is obtained by grinding an acryl-based sheet. The artificial marble further includes either ground pulp or sisal. A method for manufacturing the artificial marble includes the following: The recycled acryl is ground to form the acryl chips(S110). The acryl chips are mixed and dispersed into the based compound(S120). The mixture is introduced into a mold(S130). A molding process and a hardening process(S140).

본 발명은 석탄회를 함유한 인공 경량 골재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 석탄회를 함유하면서도 미연탄소 함유량이 5% 미만인 인공 경량 골재의 제조방법 및 그로부터 생산된 인공 경량 골재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 인공 경량 골재의 제조방법에 의하면, 소성단계 전에 로타리로타리 이용한 건조 단계를 추가함으로써 성형체 내에 탄소를 충분히 제거 시킴으로써, 매립 석탄회를 이용하면서도, 탄소 함유량이 5% 미만인 인공 경량 골재의 제조가 가능하다.

A plurality of first through holes(101) is formed on the outside mold. The outside mold has a box type having open top which can be opened by a first vertical panel(110). A plurality of second through holes(201) is formed on the inner mold. A lower panel is settled on a support material. A horizontal panel is arranged on the top of a second vertical panel. The inner mold has the box type which is closed by the first vertical panel.
