    摘要: PURPOSE: A microfluidic device and a microfluidic system are provided to be easily used to determine the existence of transparent fluid or the amount of the same and to be easily used to determine the existence of transparent fluid or the amount of the same in a small sized chamber. CONSTITUTION: A microfluidic device comprises a platform, one or mroe several chambers(50) which are equipped in the platform to store fluid, one or mroe channels connecting the several chambers and a protruding part(51) which are in the chambers and used to tell the difference of how transparent the fluid according to the existence of the fluid. A microfluidic system comprises one or more chambers with a protruding part in the platform which rotates to store the fluid, a microfluidic device comprising several channels to connect the chambers, a light source(101) which supplies light energy to the chamber and a light sensor(100) capable of detecting the existence of the fluid or the amount of the same through the light energy penetrating the chamber.

    摘要: A device and a method for detecting biomolecules by using an FET(Field Effect Transistor) array including standard electrodes are provided to find an optimum position for detecting biomolecular samples normally by an FET-based biosensor in a space applied with external electric fields. A biomolecular liquid phase sample moves through a moving path by an element, which applies an external voltage to the moving path. An FET array contacts the liquid phase sample which moves along the moving path. At least one or more standard electrodes are able to apply a standard voltage to the FET array to move the liquid phase sample via the moving path.
