    摘要: A pure loess panel board and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to maximize far infrared ray emitting, odor absorbing, air purifying, and electromagnetic shielding functions of yellow loess. A pure loess panel board manufacturing method comprises the steps of: making loess-water dough(OP) by mixing pure loess and water at the viscosity enough to make the loess-water dough flow downward by gravity without separation; inserting the loess-water dough into a loess-water dough receiving hopper(10) having a discharge port(11) at the lower end; discharging the loess-water dough through a gap of a pair of first pressurizing and extruding rollers(21) by vertically moving the loess-water dough downward through the discharge port by gravity; pressing and extruding the discharged loess-water dough in first thickness(t1) while the loess-water dough passes through a gap of the pressurizing and extruding rollers; horizontally moving the loess-water dough by a horizontal conveyor and pressing and extruding the loess-water dough in second thickness(t2) thinner than first thickness while the loess-water dough passes through a gap of second pressurizing and extruding rollers(22); pressing and extruding the loess-water dough in the second thickness thinner than the first thickness, again while the loess-water dough passes through a gap of the second pressurizing and extruding rollers; making a wet pure loess panel board(OB) by cutting the loess-water dough passing through the second pressurizing and extruding rollers, in the predetermined length by a cutting unit(25); and forming a dried pure loess panel board by heating the wet pure loess panel board in a steam furnace(30) by the steam of 1.5~3 atmospheric pressure at 150~200°C for 20~60 minutes.
