Abstract: PURPOSE: A cleaning water composition is provide to remove residue materials after cleaning cooking utensils and tableware without heat or high pressure, and not to generate harmful materials. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning water composition comprises 40-45 parts by weight natural zeolite powder, 20-25 parts by weight sericite powder, and 20-25 parts by weight electrolyzed reduced water as main raw material. The composition additionally comprises 3-4 parts by weight ethanol and 1-2 parts by weight sodium chloride as additives. The natural zeolite powder is mordenite powder. The electrolytic reduce water is + electrolytic reduced water, which is obtained by removing anions by passing of tap water into equipment for electrolytic-reducing water. The average granularity of the zeolite and the sericite powder is 2000-3000 mesh.
