Disclosed is a method for providing a service for handling an emergency situation using an M2M communication device, including the following steps: (a) receiving, through an M2M terminal, the medical measuring value of a user of a wearable terminal to inspect whether the user is in an emergency situation, generating a total information resource including a method for handling an emergency to be notified to an emergency handling server if it is determined by the inspection that the user is in an emergency situation; and (b) supplying, through a first emergency handling server, the notified total information resource to an M2M mobile terminal for handling an emergency situation which is located in less than a first reference distance value from the wearable terminal.

The present invention relates to a server and a system configured to prevent frequent loss of smart devices, such as a smartphone and a tablet PC, to previously block an illegal distribution channel of the smart devices due to the high prices and high technology of the smart devices, to resolve a trouble between the owner of a lost article and a finder upon retrieval of the lost article, to prevent a criminal art (theft and embezzlements of lost articles) which becomes a social problem, and to resolve problems associated with registration for loss prevention, a report of the finder, and compensation for the finder without a trouble between parties, based on companies which are being in an online state for 24 hours and convenience stores which are offline stores, thereby achieving swift retrieval of lost articles.

PURPOSE: A fire abnormality-symptom distinction system using a temperature sensor is provided to sense an initial fire by recognizing an initial stage of the fire when there is a change of temperature. CONSTITUTION: A threshold temperature setup unit(150) establishes a threshold temperature which is determined as an ultra initial stage with reference to the temperature information database. An abnormal sign determining unit(160) determines an abnormal symptom of the humidity and the temperature measured through a temperature sensor with reference to the threshold temperature and humidity. An abnormal sign tangent value analysis unit(180) analyzes a slope tangent of the temperature change.

A location tracking device having a unit for alarming the emergency situation is provided to rapidly transmit the emergency situation information to the control center by using the urgent situation notification unit including a plurality of buttons. A GPS antenna(110) sends and receives the position signal from a GPS satellite. A communications antenna(160) transmits and receives the data to and from the control center. An urgent situation notification unit(130) is used in order to inform of the urgent situation. A GSP module(120) is connected to the GPS antenna. The GSP module produces the location information through the position signal received by the GPS antenna. A communication module(150) is connected to the communications antenna. The communication module sends and receives the location information and the emergency situation information to the control center. A control module(140) is connected to the urgent situation notification unit, the GSP module and the communications module.

An emergency rescue system and method using a ubiquitous environment, and a recording medium recorded with the method are provided to enable a party to continuously send a rescue signal in real time. A trigger unit is driven by a simple contact of an injured party, and transmits an emergency rescue signal to peripheral sensors(400) via radio communication. The sensor is built in a potable electronic appliance which can be connected to a cable/wireless communication network, and automatically receives the emergency rescue signal from the trigger unit and transmit it to a central management system(700). The central management system analyzes the information received from the sensor to grasp the position and identity of the trigger.

본 발명은 센서와 모뎀이 일체화 되어 있는 통합감지 센서를 유선전화망에 연결하여 이용자가 지정한 대상의 유무선 단말기에게 센서 감지내역을 자동으로 통보하여 주는 방범경보장치와 서비스에 대한 기술과 서비스의 방식에 관한 것이다. 유무선 통합 방범경보서비스를 하기위해서는 침입유무를 감지할 수 있는 통합감지 센서와 센서에 의해 유선 통신망을 통해 전달된 명령을 받아 이용자가 지정한 유선전화 혹은 휴대전화로 음성 혹은 문자메세지로 경보를 통지해 주는 경보통지서버가 필요하다. 이용자는 사용 전에 웹상으로 경보통지서버에 연결하여 개인정보와 통합감지센서의 고유번호, 침입발생시 통지받고자하는 유선전화번호 및 휴대전화번호, 경보메세지 등을 입력하여야 한다. 통합감지 센서는 별도의 전원 공급장치를 갖지 않고 연결된 전화선에서 제공하는 전원 만으로 동작하게 되어 있으며, 동작을 시키면 물체의 움직임이 발생시 외부로부터 침입이 발생한 것으로 간주하여 내장되어져 있는 모뎀을 이용하여 경보통지서버에 침입사실을 전달한다. 통합감지 센서로부터 침입사실을 전달받은 경보통지서버는 이용자가 기 지정해 놓은 유무선 전화번호로 기 입력된 메시지를 보내 다수의 사람이 침입 사실을 인지 할 수 있도록 한다. 이때 전달되는 경보는 음성 또는 문자 메시지로 이용자가 경보통지서버에 기 입력한 문자를 음성으로 변환하여 전달하거나 휴대전화용 단문메세지 형태이다.

PURPOSE: A change detecting method and a change detecting apparatus and a monitoring system using the method or apparatus are provided to transmit monitoring information to different destinations based on a detected position or a size of an object. CONSTITUTION: A change detecting apparatus includes an input image portion(1202), a region specification unit, a notification destination determination part(1207), a characteristics extraction part(1204), a characteristic extractor, a monitoring information generator(1206), and a transmitter(1209). The region specification unit specifies N regions, where N is a positive integer equal to or larger than 2, in a monitor image. The notification destination determination part specifies notification destinations of image changes in the monitor image in advance according to characteristics of the image changes. The characteristics extraction part detects an image change in the N regions. The characteristic extractor extracts at least one characteristic of the image changes. The monitoring information generator generates monitor information related to each of the detected image changes. The transmitter transmits the monitor information to a predetermined notification destination determined in the notification destination determination part based on the detected characteristic.

PURPOSE: A method for preventing cash dispenser's abnormal cash withdrawals by double encryption is provided to maximize a financial organization's credibility, to prevent a client's financial losses, and to make a quick arrest of a robber by issuing two passwords to a client, in which one is used to make normal transactions and the other is used to delay the cash withdrawal process and to inform the police or the security of the emergency situation through a central communication network. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing cash dispenser's abnormal cash withdrawals by double encryption is composed of issuance, input, alert, and arrest. A financial organization(bank) issues a normal usage password and a SOS password to a user's cash withdrawal means(bank account, CD, credit card). When the normal usage password is inputted, the general cash withdrawals are made, but when the SOS password is inputted, a message that reads"Please Restart Cash Withdrawal Process from the Beginning" is displayed to the user. The robbery is delayed by at least one to three displays of the message, the police or security is immediately informed through a central communication network, and the police or security chases and arrests the robber.
