    摘要: PURPOSE: A dust-free conveyor is provided to reduce maintenance cost, to suppress dust produced while driving a conveyor system, to offer an appropriate conveyor module to common planning of main parts and to apply the conveyor to high cleanliness demanded places such as semiconductor manufacturing factory, LCD (liquid crystal display) device and image display manufacturing factory. CONSTITUTION: A dust-free conveyor comprises plural feed rollers(31) arranged on a plane at regular intervals; a fixing frame(30) rotatably supporting the feed rollers; bearings(38) rotatably supporting shafts of the feed rollers combined to a support frame; and a driving unit rotating the feed rollers. The dust-free conveyor comprises an eccentric disk(33) extended from the feed rollers to rotate the feed rollers with the fixing frame as a support shaft; a rectangular eccentric bar(35) rotating the eccentric disk in linearly reciprocating motion; and a driving part(37) driving the eccentric bar by track stroke motion of uniform linear motion. The eccentric disk has a permanent magnet(32). The rectangular eccentric bar has a permanent magnet(34) corresponding to the magnet of the eccentric disk. The driving part has a permanent magnet(36) corresponding to another permanent magnet(34a) arranged to the eccentric bar.

CONSTITUTION: In a roller conveyor comprising an inner seal installed at both ends of a shaft, a bearing disposed in the inner seal, and a roller pipe arranged at outer ring of the bearing, a soft roller fixing method is composed of steps for fitting an expandable iron core pipe in the bore of the roller pipe; inserting a fixing unit(30) having plural operating pins formed circumferentially at regular intervals in the center of the bore of the expandable iron core pipe, wherein the operating pin has a sharp unit(40); pressing the bore of the expandable iron core pipe by pushing outward plural operating pins of the fixing unit and contacting closely the expandable iron core pipe with the bore of the roller pipe by plastically deforming a pressed portion of the expandable iron core pipe; and moving the fixing unit to the other position by returning the operating pins in the fixing unit by the return force of a spring(41).

Plural support bars(13) are installed in the spindle and composed of elongated holes penetrated by the connecting levers. The threads are formed at both sides of the support bar, and the end of the connecting lever is combined with the thread.
