    摘要: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ceramic nano-powder which is surface-treated with hydrophobic polymer and ceramic nano-powder manufactured by the method are provided to process hydrophobic surface treatment and particle size reduction into nano of the ceramic powder as one-step process through a wet ball-milling process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ceramic nano-powder which is surface-treated with hydrophobic polymer comprises the a step of surface treating the ceramic powder with hydrophobic polymer and pulverizing the powder into nano size by wet milling ceramic powder, hydrophobic polymer, and PCA(process control agent). The ceramic powder is lead oxide(PbO), gadolinia(Gd2O3), boron carbide(B4C), borax(Na2B4O7), or iron oxide(Fe3O4, Fe2O3). The hydrophobic polymer includes one or more polymers from low density polyethylene, HDPE, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene, epoxy, polypropylene and acryl.
