摘要: A pipe connector for a manhole is provided to prevent a socket unit from being breaking away according to a bonding screw unit while moving to the screw fastening direction. A pipe connector for a manhole comprises a connection fixing unit(10), a support washer(20), a socket unit(30), and a fastening flange(40). The connection fixing unit comprises a wing unit(11) and a bonding screw unit(12). The wing unit adheres closely to the manhole body inner side. The bonding screw unit is formed at the outer circumference. The connection fixing unit is inserted to the center of the support washer. The backplane of the support washer adheres closely to the manhole body outer side surface. A connection unit(21) is protruded along the front side of the support washer. The connection fixing unit is inserted to the inside of the socket unit. A bonding screw unit(31) is formed in the inside one end part of the socket unit. An insertion unit(34) is formed in the other end of the socket unit. A flange(35) is formed along the outer circumference of end part of the insertion unit. A base aperture(36) is regularly formed in the flange. The fastening flange is identical with the flange of the socket unit.

The pressing ring fastened to the press wheel compresses the sealing ring in case a press wheel descends. An internal wheel compress the spike put on the stopper.

摘要: A pressing wheel assembly for connecting pipes is provided to prevent leakage of water by maintaining force applied to a rubber ring sealing against water. In a pressing wheel assembly for connecting pipes, a ring shape spike(40) having a cut-out is arranged in a hollow(72) formed on an inner wheel(71) of a pressing wheel(70). The spike is contracted by an inner slant(73) of the hollow, and thus grips a connection pipe(20). A cylinder(51) of a pressing ring member(50) is fitted into a fitting hole(61) of a support ring(60). An upper head part(52) of a pressing ring member is caught to a mounting part(63) of the support ring. A bolt(65) is joined with a nut(66) through a bolt hole of a level part of a press wheel. Accordingly, the support ring is fixed to the press wheel.

摘要: A pipe connector is provided to improve water-tight function of a packing inserted into the pipe connector by preventing the packing from being deformed. A pipe connector comprises a pressing wheel(10), a stopper(20), first and second packings(30,40), and a connection pipe(50). An inner peripheral surface of the pressing wheel is inclined and bolt holes are formed in the pressing wheel such that bolts are inserted into the bolt holes. The stopper is inserted into the connection pipe and one side of the stopper is cut. The first packing is interposed between the stopper and the second packing to serve as a damper and to prevent the second packing from being deformed. The connection pipe is provided at both sides thereof with flanges having connection holes corresponding to the bolt holes of the pressing wheel.
