The radiant heating and cooling system for an individual house of the present invention comprises: a distributor configured to distribute water for heating or water for cooling to a heating/cooling pipe (P) installed at one or more among an indoor floor, wall, or ceiling; a heating boiler configured to heat the water for heating; a cooling water tank configured to cool the water for cooling using tap water supplied through a water supply facility as a heat cooling source; a cooling/heating water supply line configured to supply the water for cooling and the water for heating to the distributor; a cooling/heating water return line configured to return the water for cooling and the water for heating from the distributor; a tap water drain line configured to supply the tap water having passed the cooling water tank as water for living; and a control unit configured to control the distributor according to an indoor temperature.
