Abstract: A universal medicine count system is provided to display the number of counted tablets to an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) screen irrespective of shapes/sizes of the tablet by counting the tablets with an optical fiber sensor at first, counting the tablets with a hole sensor, and comparing the counted numbers with a microcomputer. One container is made of injected plastic by combining an inner and outer drug bottle(2,3). A slope(6) is formed in the inner drug bottle to easily take out the tablets. The slope of a tablet separation guide(8) is formed to be a spiral shape with many turns. If a vibration motor(17) applies vibration to the drug bottle, the tablets flow out to a tablet adjusting outlet(13). A tablet adjusting lever(12) adjusts output of the tablets according to the size of the tablet. The tablets are counted at first by using the optical fiber sensor(18) and are counted by the hole sensor(30). The microcomputer compares the counted numbers and displays the counted number to the LCD(22).

Abstract: A method for forming winkles to leather fabric is provided to uniformly generate the same shape, dimension and number of winkles to the leather fabric, achieve standardization of the work, and improve productivity noticeably by forming winkles instantly, placing synthetic resin tape on the winkles and irradiating high frequency to the winkles to fix the winkles permanently. The method comprises the steps of: locating a leather(1) on a base plate(3) having concave grooves(3a) formed at intervals; fastening one end of the fabric to the base plate; placing insertion horseshoes(4) above the leather part(1) positioned on the grooves(3a) and pressing the leather part to be fitted into the grooves and to form the winkles instantly; placing synthetic resin tape(2) on either or both sides of the leather having winkles; and irradiating high frequency to parts of the leather(1) in contact with the synthetic resin tape(2) so that the leather parts are fused with the resin tape to fix the winkles.
