CONSTITUTION: An assembly structure of a stack gasket by a circular clench using ductility comprises one or more circular joint holes(30c) and a circular clench(60) with a circular clench head. The circular joint hole is formed in the outermost one of stacked plates. The circular clench is formed in a soft plate part corresponding to the location of the joint hole by bending the soft plate toward the joint hole to surround the interior of the joint hole and has a circular cross section with the same center as the joint hole. The circular clench head is bent to be unfolded in the radial direction.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a patterned fiber board with anti-heat shrinkable characteristics includes the following steps: manufacturing the patterned fiber board with a needle punching process; fixing the patterned fiber board while preventing shrinkage of the fiber board; and cooling the dried patterned fiber board. The patterned fiber board is transferred to a dryer(18) and a cooler(19) on a conveyor belt(181,191). The patterned fiber board is fixed by a belt(192) for fixing the patterned fiber board.

A method for preparing a panel material combined with monofilament is provided to reduce the harmfulness of a panel material due to the use of a chemical adhesive. A method for preparing a panel material combined with monofilament comprises the steps of molding honeycomb by using a releasing material to make a middle base layer; laminating the monofilament comprising any one chemical fiber selected from polyethylene, polypropylene and polyethylene terephthalate and any one natural fiber selected from hemp, bamboo and coconut fruit on the both sides of the middle base layer; adhering them by needle punching; hot wind drying it at 120-250 deg.C for 2-30 min and surface treating it with a heating roller; and pressing it.
