    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a microporous filter material is provided to have the microporous filter material in which waste water is not produced during the manufacturing process; and which enables the precision filtration by adjusting the size of the pore to the submicron unit in the nonwoven fabric surface. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a microporous filter material comprises the following steps: a step of manufactures a fluid polymer compound by dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride-polyhexafluoropropylene copolymer and acryl base polymer in the solvent; a step of manufacturing a coating solution by adding nonsolvent in the polymer compound; a step manufacturing a filter material in which the microporous polymer film is formed by coating the nonwoven fabric or the separation film surface with the coating solution, performing a first drying which evaporates the solvent, and performing a second drying which evaporates the nonsolvent. The solvent is at least any one which is selected from a group which comprises aceton, methyl ethyl ketone, and ethyl acetate; and the nonsolvent is at least any one which is selected from a group which comprises the water, ethanol, 1-propanol, 2-butanol, isobutanol, 3-phentanol and dodecanol.

    Abstract: A method for producing a polymeric fibrous membrane from a polymer material by using a simple electrospinning apparatus, and a superhydrophobic fibrous membrane having a contact angle to water of 150 degrees or more by using inherent properties and surface characteristics of fiber and membrane are provided. A method for producing a polystyrene fiber comprises the steps of: preparing a mixed solution of polystyrene and dimethylformamide containing 30 to 40 wt.% of a polystyrene polymer; and electrospinning the mixed solution, wherein the mixed solution is electrospun at a fluid rate of 50 to 150 mul/min, and the electrospinning has an electric field intensity of 16 to 19.6 kV. An apparatus for producing a polystyrene fiber comprises: a syringe pump(14) for applying a predetermined pressure to a polystyrene solution; a capillary tube(12) for spinning a polystyrene solution provided from the syringe pump; a stainless steel needle(13) extending to a lower side of the capillary tube; a high voltage power supply(11) for applying a voltage to the tip of the needle; and a stainless steel rotating drum(15) installed below the needle.
