摘要: A method of carrying a bottom mantel for a blast furnace for carrying the bottom mantel which is constructed in a place other than a furnace foundation beforehand and on which bricks are installed thereon to the upper side of the foundation of the blast furnace. The mantel carried is so formed that the deflected amount of the upper surface of the bricks installed in the furnace is set to 3 mm or shorter per meter of the radius of the mantel.

摘要: A device (20) for replacing a blast furnace runner allows the runner (14) to be transported between an upper, tapping floor level (16) and a lower, service level (42). This handling device (20) comprises an inclinable bridge (26) that can support the runner (14) in an operational position in front of a taphole (12) of the blast furnace (10). This bridge (26) can be inclined so as to form an inclined plane along which the runner (14) can be raised or lowered. CONSTITUTION: A check type pressure nozzle of pulverized coal injection feed hopper comprises a body nozzle(100) which is clamped to an end of a branch pipe for uniformly pressurizing nitrogen during pulverized coal injection, in which a hole(180) inclined to an angle corresponding to a round angle of the feed hopper is formed, and on both side surfaces of which injection ports(170) communicated with the hole are formed; an approximately triangle shaped moved object(200) which has an inclination angle corresponding to an inclination angle of the hole and is inserted into the injection ports to selectively open or close the hole; and a socket bolt(150) which is inserted into the backside of the nozzle body and disposed in such a way that a front portion of the socket bolt elastically presses the moved object.

CONSTITUTION: In a pulverized coal injection lance installed in blow pipe of blast furnace, the pulverized coal injection lance(100) comprises an inner holder(120) one side of which is fixed to setting flange(120-2) connected to lance fixing flange(20-1) of the blow pipe to fix the pulverized coal injection lance so that the inner holder guides smooth rotation and back and forth movements of the injection lance, and which is integrally equipped with handle(120-1); an outer holder(110) which is attached to a part of the other side of the inner holder through a joint part(121) of corresponding screw part and integrally equipped with handle(110-1); and a sealing packing(111) installed inside the outer holder to prevent leakage of blast, wherein the handle(110-1) attached to the outer holder is rotated to release the injection lance so that the injection lance is moved, and the injection lance is rotated or moved forward through the handle(120-1) of the inner holder.
