    摘要: A heat insulating/heat shielding glass panel capable of sustaining heat shielding properties even if it is heat treated during production. The heat insulating/heat shielding glass panel (1) comprises a pair of sheets of glass (11, 12) bonded airtightly to face each other at one surface of each sheet at the outer circumferential part thereof through a seal frame (13) fluidizing at a low temperature and forming a hollow layer (14) there between, and a pillar (15) as a substantially cylindrical spacer being inserted into the hollow layer (14) as an atmospheric pressure supporting member and determining the interval between the sheets of the plate glass (11, 12). In order to attain a high heat insulating performance, surfaces (11a, 12a) of the sheets of glass (11, 12) facing the hollow layer (14) are coated with a low emissivity transparent laminate (17) having an emissivity not higher than 0.1 by sputtering. The low emissivity transparent laminate (17) consists of ZnO layers (33, 35) as a dielectric layer divided in the film thickness direction by an SiNx layer (34) as an amorphous layer, and an Ag-Pd layer (32) as a metal layer containing Ag and Pd.

During stoppage of delivery, the applicator head is rotated to change the direction of the delivery port to a direction suitable for coating the next linear region which follows the corner region.

The preliminary joining step(S205) is characterized by fixing two curved glass plate being interposed poly vinyl butyral film with jig not to separate folded curved glass plate by vibration of roller device; removing upper nip roll of front nip roll device and upper nip roll of back nip roll device; heating curved glass plate with fixed temperature using heater of cover in the state of ascending cover to be accordant to height of curved glass plate.
