CONSTITUTION: An automatic rain gutter(100) for preventing an offensive odor comprises an upper plate(110), a hinge center plate(120), a backflow plate(130), a drain plate(140), and an elastic packing band(150). The upper plate is inserted into a drainage hole, and guides rainwater to a drain. The hinge center plate is inclinedly coupled to the upper plate. The backflow plate is hinged on the hinge center plate, and flows back the rainwater from the drain. The drain plate is hinged on the hinge center plate, and flows the rainwater. The elastic packing band is coupled to the hinge center plate.
